I used this drycleaner twice since moving here about a year ago. My last trip I noticed one of my suits had a tear and could see the plastic bag they put over everything had a pull in it. When I made the business owner aware he told me that moths caused it. I argued with him that was clearly not the case. When I returned home I checked all the clothes in my closet, suits, pants, sweaters, everything...not a single thing had moth damage. I agreed with the owner to split the cost of either getting the suit repaired or replaced. He agreed, and took it to get repaired. Once finding out the repair would be $185 (total), he did not get it fixed. I asked him if he didn't want to split the cost to fix it, would he replace the suit? He said no. Would have been a $93 repair to fix an $800 suit. This business owner went back on his word to split the cost of the repair and now I have a suit that I will have to take the time and money to get repaired on my own. The reason I am posting this review, is due to the owners final comment as I left the business, which was totally unprofessional.

This is the BEST place in Birmingham to take your dry cleaning too. Amazing pricing and always best quality! I've made the mistake of going to 3 of his competitors in town. Never again.

Been using them for 12 years. They are the most friendly and honest people. I returned to pick up a suit and they said they found $6 in pocket and gave it back to me. I tried to make them keep it as a tip, but they would not. I also had blood on the sleeve of an expensive dress shirt that they removed 100%. I will not use anyone else but them.
