Purchased a Groupon. Called 5 times between December and January. Left a couple voicemails. Sent 3 emails. Got one response back on an email and then nothing.It seems impossible to get an appointment at this place. I wouldn't bother if I didn't already buy a Groupon.It seems that at this time they have plenty of clients. If that's the case, take down the Groupon.EDIT- I was about to notify the BBB, but I just found out you can get your $$ back on your Groupon. Just click on your deal, scroll down & select "trade-in voucher"

Just like many people said before, no one ever answers the phone at the salon. Bought a Groupon discount and sold it back due to "merchandiser having no availability". I assume that's the case because what sort of tiny, rinkydink operation like a locally-owned salon can't be troubled with answering the phone even 1/3 calls in a 24 hr period? It's not like I'm trying to get ahold of Spectrum or something... Oh, well. Might've made it my new go-to salon but definitely not with poor customer service as a first impression.

Nobody ever answers the phone and they don't respond to messages sent through their website. Waste of time.

The stylists listen to your requests. Sometimes I don't know what I want to do with my hair and kindly they share their professional point of view. Betsy is my stylist and she is awesome.

Horrible.... showed up a few minutes late, even called to let them know. When I got there they sent me away with the person not even having another person to cut and said they couldn't see me for a month. Guess it was because I had a Groupon.
