The staff was amazing! The room I was in had dirt in the bed, I could write my name in the dust on the furniture and the chair was really dirty.Rooms: Very dated and not super clean.Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and dining close by.Safety: Very safe and secluded area.

The lady that checked us in didnt seem too happy to be there. There was a ton of construction, would've been nice to have had a heads up about that. Breakfast was empty a while before it was refilled. Rooms were nice.

While the room was fine, there was no hot water in the hotel which we didn't experience until morning. Worse, when we checked in, only one elevator worked. When I went down for breakfast, no elevator was working and I had to use the stairs. My wife and I both have trouble with stairs and there was no reason to expect both elevators to be inoperable. Not one of the better experiences I have had with a Hilton property. A half-hearted apology was all we got. At least be sincere.

Was told a 110 dollars.got to the room and had no hot water.maintenance check it and moved to a different room.this room had no heat so we moved again.. after 6 rooms we got one that had heat& hot water.got my credit card statement and was charged 140.00. called the hotel to speak to the manager and could not reach him.they have not contacted us.

Our room was not in great shape. Fixtures in the shower needed replacing and the water pressure was not good. Worse than that, the water did not ever get hot! Took a lukewarm shower before I was scheduled for surgery. We stayed here 2 nights and it was $400. Chose this place because it was close to my doctor, however it was not great. Breakfast was fine. Staff was nice enough and the place felt safe, however the room was not very nice. The bathroom toilet has issues when flushing. I mean basic maintenance would’ve prevented all of this. Not what you want to be dealing with when you’re recovering from a procedure.

Nice place. I can't say I have much to review here. I only got up, went to work, and came back for a few days. The beds were comfy and the #hower was nice, so I have no complaints. Great job!

Enjoyed staying here for the night. They even allowed for an early check in which worked well with my schedule. Everything was clean and well put together. Gym had alot of equipment which allowed me to not have to adapt my workout.

Stayed for three nights in early July. Had made two reservations due to ended up being able to stay longer than originally planned and the first reservation was locked in. Anthony was phenomenal in making it an easy transition into the next room with no waiting time in between. It was early morning but he was very pleasant and eager to help. Anthony is an asset to the team! The breakfasts are great with so many options for everyone. The breakfasts are the reason Hampton Inn is my first choice. Hope to be back soon!
