Always courteous and quick service!!And NO MORE searching for parking!! As I just learned (after 3 trips) that they offer free parking to their customers on the lower level of the parking deck.

I like this pharmacy however I have bcbs and medicaid and they will not run my rx through my insurance! I have no idea why but I will not continue to pay $90 for my adderall rx. They also do not accept goodrx or anything else of that nature.

Greg, the compounding pharmarcist is wonderful. I will say this. If you need semaglutide for a reasonable price, you can get it here instead of paying over $1000 through insurance and it works the same. Most pharmacies like cvs or walgreens rarely have wegovy in stock. Same ingredients just injectable by liquid form in the mouth under the tongue for 30 seconds daily for 30 days. It's better to me than the once a week injectable. This is a compounding shoppe. If I were you I would give it a try! It starts at $190 for .5 mg and u can work your way up with the dosage after 30 days. Please make sure u change your life style(walk 30 mins a few days a week)and eating habits(no fatty foods, fried foods, less sugar and smaller portions). I lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks starting on .5mg with no side effects because i followed the instructions very well. I started this in Dec 2023 on Wegovy and when my insurance renewed Jan 2024, my deductible is too high to cover the cost so this is the route I took. Looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with this! Love this place and option! I'm still on .5mg so it's lovely!

I love Harbins. They don't have to deal with corporate protocol so they can help you out in tough spots more than a CVS or Walgreens. I'll never go anywhere else!

I also, as a previous review states, would give 10 stars if I could. I have had such negative experiences at every other pharmacy that is not independently owned. It's as if the pharmacy techs not necessarily the pharmacists believe their opinion matters on what a Dr. prescribes you. This pharmacy is professional- they get you in, get you your prescribed medication and done. I was out the door in literally 4 minutes. New prescription new insurance and out that quickly. I have a generic brand preference for my medication While 7 other pharmacies including one I've gone to for 5 years would not carry the brand nor order it Harbins had it and obliged my preference Truly how service should be. They deserve all the business that comes their way because they treat EVERYONE the same. I drive 45 minutes and the parking can give me a little anxiety but it's worth it. Thankyou Harbins

This place is great, some meds may be a tad more expensive, but it is well worth it for the customer customer service. I drive from Tuscaloosa county to use them . When you compare it to one of the big box store pharmacies…there is no comparison. I have never waited over 10 minutes for a prescription in the 5 years I have used them.

*?HIDDEN GEM?* I have never in my life been treated more like a human being than I was at Harbin's. I cannot tell you how much someone like me appreciates you all's humanity. To the gentle kind eyed pharmacist who instantly recognized stress in my expression and addressed it with generosity, thank you. To the lady working the pharmacy cashier who made sure I knew about products I desperately needed for less than half the regular retail cost, thank you. Every cent matters right now. To the woman who was closing her front register down with the cute little beanie on who treated me like any other human being deserving of respect and simple politeness, thank you. Just gosh man. Thank you. For reminding me that I am not doing anything wrong for seeking treatment for my mental illnesses. For reminding me I deserve respect. For reminding me humanity exists in the Birmingham Health System.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and a friendly atmosphere, I had to go to Birmingham because I’ve been in the hospital with my husband and I had to have my medicine transferred and they had it filled within 10 minutes. I really appreciate them.
