The shopping experience was great. However, I am very disappointed with Hibbetts reward program. I shop at Hibbetts often. I haven't been getting any rewards as advertised. This is very deceitful.

My experience was awful at the Hibbets in Crestwood. It's always something. I been picking up raffles with no problems all of a sudden you have to have a physical ID. I have never had to have a hard copy. The mangers can never be persist when it comes to getting raffles. People work and their not available to pick up their shoes if we have a picture of the ID that should be acceptable. You are still selling the shoe so l don't understand what's the problem but then again l do. It's the workers getting shoes for there friends, kids, and family members.

The sales clerk ordered and paid for a pair of shoes for me on 26 March 2023 and I still have not received them nor have I received any notification that they were delayed or canceled.
