They are very conscientious in handling bothersome customers. Customers placed order for books and magazines with Hoffman. Quality books received even when listing stated shipping could take weeks. When backordered book became available Hoffman contacted customers and allowed credit card update. A kind person with gentle voice helped and highly recommend ordering. Later card had to be replaced due to compromise elsewhere.
