Was craving some of the slice ham. It was cut thin and stringy slices were falling apart. Flavor was delicious as always and smoked turkey was too. Ask to see your slices before purchase!

I love honey baked ham and it's been a tradition we usually get it at least twice a year. HoneyBaked has come out with a rewards program like everyone else however their program allows points or piggy dollars or whatever it is they do to expire after 6 months. This is the dumbest program I have seen from any company and even the employees don't like it and recommend complaining to corporate. This year instead of buying a ham I'm buying a bone and if I can find a place to buy a bone somewhere else I won't go to HoneyBaked anymore.

Left off part of my order. Had to drive 45 mins back the next day and they didn't offer any sort of compensation. While they were nice and said "sorry" the level of service ddn't match the amount you have to pay for their product.

The lines for the holidays are ridiculous, plus the wait time. Even with a prepayment. Please have patience to stand in lines.

Ham was dry and the glaze was burnt on the top. Bag leaked in my car. Definitely not worth $120 that I paid for it. Probably will not go to this location and again......

I recently visited the Honey Baked Ham and noticed a charity organization collecting donations outside the entrance. They seemed to have all the necessary permits and requirements in place, and their presence was non-intrusive to the shopping experience. However, I was disappointed to learn that someone from this businesses called the police and attempted to get the individuals from the charity trespassed.People from the community shop here, I believe it is important for local businesses to support and collaborate with community organizations, especially those that contribute positively to the community. While I understand that businesses may have concerns, addressing these issues in a respectful and open manner would have been more appropriate, than involving the police. In the future, I hope that the Honey Baked Ham can work together with local organizations to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all visitors and community members. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the business involved, and I hope they will consider a more cooperative approach in the future.
