Not even tgey deserve a single star, non trusted company at all, never stick to time and day they assign, contineously give the cause for their delay that the truck is broken, the fact they go from the farthest south to the farthest north for picking up from other states. I made sure when I first Nation Wide vendor who hired Instamovers that the addresses I gave for pick up and drop off convenient the trucks they use via the satellite technology they purrpose, they confirmed it and all.calls should be recorded this is the alert they give you once you call them, 2 days before the delivery which took them 1 month instead of 10 days and its because they drove all the way from Alabama to Chicago before coming tp Philadepphia, they asked a 3rd party to call me to manage a way of delivery as their truck cant get into the city, they always argue that you signed and agreed to the conditions, which infact never explained to you at all! I ended up renting a smaller truck to go pick my own stuff from a close by state. They never explain the logistics ahead of time, 20% of my glass stuff are broken and Im filing a claim.

This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. I paid them to move from NOLA to Phoenix, and store my items for 3 months in the meantime in a climate controlled location. My mattresses were covered in mold on arrival. My 65" television was missing as were many other items. Countless items were broken. They had no accurate inventory, I had to tell them things were not mine when they tried to give me other people's items. They were days late with delivery. When I called them the day of delivery they were almost impossible to contact. Filed a claim, no compensation for my missing television, $60 for my moldy king sized mattresses. I would rather throw everything I own out then deal with this abhorrent company again. Thousands of dollars of missing and damaged property and was offered $300 in total compensation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

OMG. The foreman for this company was SO RUDE! I was asking questions about EXTRA CHARGES that I did not know about. He told me that he didn't have to take my stuff and that I needed to listen. Of course, he had me by the short hairs on the day of my move. Please don't use this company.

On June 21, 2022, we retained New Leaf Moving Group / Insta-Movers (Order No. QB6272776) to pack and move our possessions from Snellville, GA to Chatsworth, CA. We were told that our total charge would be $21,138.28. But once they had possession of our property, we were forced to pay them an additional $8,94001 going to New Leaf Moving Group totaling $30,078.36 in order for them to deliver our possessions to us in Chatsworth, CA. We also had to wait a month to receive our possessions. As we were unpacking, we noticed that there were many broken/damaged items e.g., 65" TV, Standalone Bar. (2) Storage Containers, 3 Drawer File Cabinet and many of the boxes were crushed and some with water damage to the contents. We addressed these issues and more, on October 18, 2022, by letter directly to Joseph Hazan, CEO of Insta Movers. Mr. Hazen, nor anyone else from Inst-Movers ever responded. New Leaf Moving Group has also never responded. We have been harmed by New Leaf Moving Group / Insta-Movers and feel that they should compensate us for the excess charges and pay for the damages they did to our property.

My movers Derrick and Antonio did a fabulous job getting me move out of my old home and moved into my new home. I could be more thankful for these kind hardworking guys! I wish I could have done more to show my appreciation!! They were quick but courteous to my belongings and my home. I will call these guys back every single time I move! Thank you Insta Movers! ?

Insta Movers Inc took everything from me.It started with Insta Movers quoting us at $8,000. After they finished loading our belongings in the truck that total turned into $12,000. I was stunned at the change in price, and let them know I wasn’t sure if I wanted to proceed, but they aggressively told me that it’s all loaded up. I reluctantly signed feeling that they used my things as leverage.Fast forward to us receiving what was left of our belongings. The Driver arrived with only one mover to help. He then stood in our front yard for half an hour on the phone. I then found out he was on Craigslist trying to hire local help with no moving experience to come move our things…After he couldn’t find any help he got very irritated. He stated that he had 2 more deliveries to make that day and he needed to get back to his daughter for her birthday. He saw that I was in shape and said feel free to help.So there I was hauling things out of the moving truck after paying them my life savings with just one other mover helping me. The driver had disappeared in his truck for hours after helping move a few items. As if this wasn’t a nightmare enough, every item we were hauling in was broken in someway. Couch, nightstands, dressers, bookshelves, fridge, grill, exercise equipment, and much more destroyed. On top of that they didn’t reassemble anything. To note they disassembled everything when packing it up the first time, and we’re supposed to put it back together on delivery. Screws and bolts ended up being missing to things so it was near impossible to put it back together anyway. Then when we were unloading my exercise bike down the truck ramp the mover made a quick adjustment without letting me know (he didn’t speak English well) I then pulled a muscle in my back. After the all the things were unloaded the driver came out for us to sign paper work. I told him they were suppose to put things together. He told me most of the things looked broken and I should just file a claim and let them replace it. I had no insurance on the items so I would only get 0.60 cents per pound per item. The driver was a very large and intimidating man. He was being rushing and aggressive towards my wife and I to sign the paperwork. We nervously signed and they left quickly.I made a claim the next day for all the broken items and us being overcharged for the services we received. We then waited 3 months to hear back from CSI their claims department to find out they want to pay $490 for every that happened. My wife and I have been working tirelessly trying to recoup our losses from this. My back is still injured. And we lost thousands of dollars. Insta Movers will leverage your belongings, pressure you to sign contracts, overcharge you, and break your belongings. I will be taking legal action.

Don't even. I have nothing else to say. Horrible. Things broken. Not responsive. I don't have anything good to say. Except for the nice kids the driver picked up off Craig's list to unload the truck while he slept. Just don't.

Trust the negative reviews. These people charged my elderly parents nearly double their written estimate, destroyed many boxes, broke irreplaceable antique furniture lost/stole about 20 boxes as best we can tell, and delivery was late and ridiculously complex. Stay far away! Wake your friends and call the neighbors, this is a BAD business.

I moved from Hattiesburg, ms to port st lucie. They were to pick up on a tuesday. They changed it to thursday. I had to go ahead to secure storage unit. I had to be in person to do it. Thursday turned into friday and he said he would for sure be there sat morning at 8am. My friend was to let him in. She was a wreck. They came at 10am and I thought they were coming to fl. It went to alabama and sat for a month. I lost $177 storage fee. 3 months and just got it from storage. I have moved cross country 5 times. I pack well. Every box was smashed. Broken glasses, statues, a plant that I loved was literrally sideways and leaves broke and destroyed. I packed it in new box and thick pillows on 5 sides. It had to be thrown from the truck. Brand new mattress had what looked like coke spilled over the cover and under plastic I provided. So they waited to put plastic after it left the apt. I include picture of a box of shoes that are not mine. If you are in florida, I have your shoes. They said they were going north so figured it might be yours.

I would give them negative stars if I could. biggest scam artist scum bags. increases the price , took 3 days to load up a town home , broke nearly everything , stole guns, used Craigslist labor to go into my home and paid them in cash, use your credit card to pay full cost even when not authorized and days before move was completed, still several missing boxes. stay away from these criminals

This company was not picked Out by us ahead of time. We used a broker and they are the ones that did this. I cannot say strong enough to not use this company. Our $8500 estimate somehow skyrocketed to $15,800. Apparently it was a base fee. There was not enough people to pick up the Move, the truck was not big enough, they could not get furniture from upstairs down, they never did any food at all except for cans. Everything in our basement we had to box up after we left and carry it upstairs. Then we had to box it ourselves. The first night they said they were going to keep going until 2 o'clock in the morning. Thank goodness that did not happen because it would not have been 2 o'clock, but it would have been probably eight or nine in the morning. I can only hope that when we arrive at our destination our household items will be there

We moved from Alabama to Colorado - leaving Alabama in November . Our furniture etc. went into storage until we gained occupancy in our new residence late January. The movers did everything onetime. The men who packed and moved us were especially efficient and great to work with. When our shipment arrived in Colorado it was delivered in the early part of the delivery window provided by Insta Movers. The delivery men were all exceptionally nice and professional. Two items were broken. One we packed (poorly) and one packed by the movers. I have just filed a claim with Insta Movers, The process was easy and quick. Assuming I get my check soon, I will award Insta-Move a 5 star rating. Thanks for the great service.

On pick up day I was given a time between 9am and 1pm, and I had to call them at 1:15pm; apparently the truck broke down but nobody ever notified me. They picked up the next day and the price was several hundred dollars more than was quoted. Also, I had to pay $75 extra because if it's more than eight steps up to the apartment they charge you, which I was never notified about. The guys loading did a good job though. On drop off, about a week later which I know is common for an out-of-state move, it was only one person unloading. I had to help him get my couch in the apartment. I did receive a $400 discount, however. Everything was in good condition, however they took my bed rails apart and I believe I am missing some screws. I'm having to figure out how to get them back together as I did not take it apart when it was picked up. I wish they would have said something about it may get taken apart, that way I could do it myself and keep all of the pieces. They were the cheapest price but I definitely would not recommend them. The communication was very bad.
