I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue on August 8, 2023, for its oil change. I have a lifetime oil change with Jim Burke. The service advisor told me the only way I could get the lifetime oil change was to have my car serviced with scheduled maintenance. I told him that my car had been previously serviced but they could check the filters. At that point he said, you'll have to spend at least $185 to receive the oil change (the oil change was quoted at 79.95). I thought it over and told him that's okay, I would take it to a Nissan dealer near my home since I was required to pay. I took the car to Benton Nissan, got the oil changed at $59.99, received a complete vehicle inspection including cabin filters (which did not need changing), and replaced an under panel in the front of the vehicle at no extra charge. Needless to say, I will never go back to Burke. I really didn't appreciate the service advisor trying to take advantage of me because I'm a female and he didn't think I knew better.

Always takes care of my vehicle. Hanna is such an awesome customer service rep boss. They offer to get you transportation to your next location. You may also have the option to rent a car if longer services are needed. They communicate effectively via call or text (make sure the texts are not sent to spam). They are friendly and patient. I really appreciate them. Yes, we know you could potentially spend alot when the dealership fixes your car after warranty/paid in full, but it is guaranteed and honored and you know it is a trusted source. I love it here!

I went in to get my windshield. Wiper sprayer fixed in the guy who fixed it did not top off. My when she'll wipe a fluid. I feel like that was part of his job to at least check.

I ask Nissan to fix my brake lights only so they would come on. My appointment was for 12:00 pm and I arrive at 11:30 am but clerk said I had to leave my car???overnight and that the bill would be $869. I was shocked at the charged. I asked why so much, he expIain the parts they were replacing. when I picked up the car the next morning I ask him were all the parts on the bill needed to make my brake lights come on, he said yes. I found out later after researching the parts online that the replaced brake light switch was correct but two other parts -ASCD Assy switch & missing rubber stopper in brake pedal had nothing to do with my brake lights. My parts charges were $123.98 and labor $733. That ACSD Assy involves my high,low beam switch, now it doesn't work right, call and asked about, he said the mechanic said it was sticking. I will never take my car there again.

Not honest, before I got out of my car, I was hit with a laundry list of service needed, I told the rep, a lot of those things were already done, I then pointed out the errors on the milage for oil changes and things went south from there. They do NOT do oil changes for life. Read the fine print of the fine print. Last visit I paid over 400.00 for brake service, I did not need. Thanks for the visit and good luck with those that do not get a second opinion. BYE!!!

Montana in the service department is rude. I will never be coming back here again. This is the second time. It’s sad you can’t come to a place you purchased a brand new car from to get it serviced without being disrespected. She needs to be replaced!!!!

After watching a TikTok video where one of your sales people said "you're right bro, we don't like people with bad credit, get your credit score up", trust and believe we will send our daughter elsewhere to get a Sentra or Versa. Say no more, enough said........

Took in my Altima on 9/22 as I was experiencing an issue with the engine "missing" and jerking. I also was due for an oil change. So eventually they came out to tell me I needed to replace my transmission to the tune of $5100! They diagnosed this by driving it, as the Customer rep told me nothing coded (it sounded like they hadn't actually used the computer to diagnose, but that was unclear based on how the customer rep spoke) I was also charged 150.50 for them to incorrectly diagnose the issue! I was informed they would happily trade my car for a newer one tho! So how do I know they were wrong? Well, I took it to a reputable mechanic, who actually diagnosed the issue as needing a tune up - spark plugs and an ignition coil-for $375! Seems to me they are under -diagnosing and way overcharging , and/or just trying to sell you stuff you just dont need. My car is now driving beautifully, after going to an actually honest mechanic

Terrible service here. They kept my car for 6 days. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it, so I went to pick it up. Before I left with my car I asked if they would check my battery. My car is 5 years old and still had the original battery. Well the battery was the problem, and they never checked it until I asked! I had to rent a car for the 6 days they had my car! That cost me $500.00. I also had to buy a new battery for $233.00! I've never had such bad service from a Nissan dealership..

I have always been pleased with the service with Jim Burke Nissan Service. It is just ashamed that the war in Ukraine has caused the oil change to go up.
