Philip really helped my mom find something reliable after the last dealership we went to really put her in a bad situation with untrustworthy sales tactics. The employees at LR auto really care and want to make sure you are taken care of.

I went in with a strict budget in mind while also needing a dependable reliable car. Jorge was excellent in the sales process, no pressure or pushy-ness was involved. They also made sure my car was detail cleaned with new tires on the back before I drove it off the lot. A couple days after getting the car, the A/C was not working. I simply let them know, they said bring it Monday, I took it Monday and my car was ready to pick up with a new compressor in it two days later! The amount of kindness and professionalism is unmatched. Not only from the salesman but the whole office I would recommend them to anyone!

LISTEN !!! TRUST WHAT I AM SAYING: DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE AT THIS AUTO DEALER THE CARS LOOK GREAT ON THE OUTSIDE BUT HAVE TRASHY MOTORS AND MAJOR ENGINE ISSUES. My mom is a senior citizen and she is the nicest person that you could ever meet; she would give you the coat off her back if you needed it. She went to these alleged "auto-scammers" and purchased a vehicle and my mom paid her car note each month on-time after paying a substantial down-payment and was always friendly and nice to the staff; Soon after purchase the SUV that she purchased started to experience engine issues and she didn't have the SUV for a year yet; The "staff-person/owner" by the name of "Phillip" stated that he would have a mechanic look at the vehicle; well, this "attempt" happened over-and-over for several months. The SUV would break-down on my mom in the road, causing my mom to be in un-safe predicaments and she would take it back to "Phillip" he would "hold" the vehicle then bring it back to my mom and the same thing would happen over-and-over again. While all of this was going on my Mom is still paying her car note and insurance on-time; Then one day the car broke-down again and after my mom; again, took it in for repairs "Phillip" stated that the SUV needed a new motor; So, "Phillip" then decided to refuse to give my mom the SUV back and stated that he was going to repossess her vehicle and not repair it even though there was NEVER any default in any monthly payments; As an "alternative he stated that my mom could pay him an additional almost $4,000 for a new motor but, "Phillip" failed to mention until confronted that he had already re-sold my mother's vehicle with her belongings' in the vehicle which included a very expensive large screened-curved gaming computer monitor still in the box; When confronted "Phillip" stated that he would not give us the Monitor back and that he will not refund the money for the Monitor either. So, Please avoid experiencing the same horrible situation as my mom and I; Please go some where else and purchase a vehicle.
