I got a sackful and a drink. I wanted them off the grill. They put cheese on them. Didn't taste very good 20.89 for that! No more never again.

Restaurant was very short staffed. Order taken and waited about 10 minutes for food. Ordered cheeseburgers, no cheese on burgers. Asked for ketchup, didn’t have any, we’re out! Food was hot but burgers were very bland, no taste at all.

We stopped for lunch and was the only customers at the time but the service still wasn’t too good. When we got our food it was terrible. The burgers were barely done, even the cheese wasn’t warm. The buns were way too soggy, one I even spit out because it was gross! We weren’t able to eat any of it but when I took it back to the counter she acting like we had. We did try to find one burger that was edible. We threw 27.00 worth of food in the trash!! I have always loved Krystal but never again!!!!!

Went at 9:20 pm and they said they weren’t doing Krystal’s anymore tonight. This is the second time this has happened smh after a 25 min drive to get there

Worst kystals I had todate cheese was melted in bottom of the box , soggy buns , and was really no reason they shouldn't have been made right we was the only customers in there and it was 11.45

Craving some gut bombs, did not disappoint.? Drive thru service was quick (4 cars in front took like 5 minutes [which honestly is probably the best I've seen anywhere]) and the food was hot and fresh as could be(I just luv a crispy tater tot) Cashier was friendly, with a smile and a thank you. Thank you miss.

Went to this Krystal in Hoover last week at 9:15 PM. Was told that after 9 o’clock they only accept orders from DoorDash although they advertise that they stay open till 2 AM. Fast-forward to tonight, I stopped by at 8:30 PM there were no cars in the drive-through line but I was told that my wait for a cheeseburger would be 25 minutes. They’ve lost my business forever.
