Unprofessional, does not adhere to posted hours. Left for lunch 30 minutes early. Really puts you in a pinch when you have to drive across town for this.

I arrived at 3:28 p.m. there was no one at the desk it was 3:44 p.m. when the young lady approached the desk and said we stopped doing drug test at 3:30 even though the card and the sign says from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. I'm not mad just disappointed in the service hopefully they can do better in the future I'll be returning today.

I have visited this facility several times and every time I am disappointed. The first couple of visits I had to repeat the test because I was told that the top wasn’t tightly secured so the specimen spilled and the last time I visited I was third on the list and someone removed my name without calling me. If I had not been paying any attention to the teleprompter I would have been sitting in the waiting room until they closed. I do believe it was deliberate. The Customer Service Representatives aren’t any better. I called to voice my concerns and the Representative was very rude, obnoxious and tried to talk over me. The many mistakes and negative actions of this facility is not acceptable and judging from some of the other reviews, the location should be investigated or audited. One mistake or mishap I can understand but when it repeatedly happens, then it needs to be brought to someone’s attention that can alleviate the issues.
