The receptionist at this location is awful. When I arrived he was leaning on a desk asleep. Once he
realized that I was there, he just looked at me. He finally rolled over to the window to ask me what I wanted. I told him what I needed and he quickly said he couldn’t help and I should contact my doctor. I persisted that I wanted him look it up. He was very put out by this and couldn’t have been less helpful. I don’t think someone like this should be the first person you run into at your business. Definitely finding a new location.

Great experience. I was in and out in no time. The lady was so gentle I didn't even know she was done drawing my blood.

The person answering the phone has the personality of a persimmon. She’s probably overworked and underpaid but she could help patients by being a bit more understanding especially to seniors going through a difficult medical issue

This is the second time I have come to this lab. Sign indicates open at 7:00 am. My appointment is at 7:30. It is 7:40. I'm still waiting. The same thing happened the first time I came.
