These people messed up my billing somehow. I did blood work on 1/2/2025 and received bill on 7/30/25!!!!!! I was told that it's at no charge at all!!!!! I swear they are scammers. No way this is a professional setting.

Suddenly received a bill for services rendered 15 months ago. When I called, the rep told me that the delay was due to a security problem - their accounts were hacked last year.

I have no idea what system they use, but they need to get their software checked and fixes. They have just sent an account to collections from a visit that occured 4 years years ago, which was paid in full.
