Very disappointed in the service my son received when applying for a car loan. No contact from the person that reviewed except for an email that was sent out an hour after applying. We went to the local office for an explanation and none was given because the application was rejected from the downtown office. We have been members over 20 yrs and my son since he was 16. He has a credit card through the bank and has a checking and savings account with more than enough money to purchase the car, but he wants to improve his credit score and continue to save for a home. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled . It is sad that you teach your children the concept of having great credit and being responsible financially and then they get treated this way. Legacy, you need to do better with your customer service as it relates to auto loans especially when all the boxes are checked for a great risk.

I have been a member for 4 years Lately there has been a few hiccups I was able to come in and get my issue handled very quickly Mrs Cheryl was very understanding and patient She was very knowledgeable She gave me advice on how to avoid the situation in the future I sometimes say I will close my account but I don't have it in my heart About 3 years ago I got my taxes I went into the Centerpoint branch The banker and I talked about my budget for my car She taught me how to successfully negotiate a lower price She taught me how to write the bill of sale and everything The banker saved me 1500 I have owned my car for 3 years Im very thankful When my house got robbed I was dealing with an insurance company that didn't want to pay the claim Legacy provided me with my statements and proof of purchases making the process go smoother I received 7k from the claim Legacy has it pros and cons but overall it's a great bank The associates in the branch actually care about your financial success and security They will do anything to help It's a amazing bank with awesome values

I have been with this financial institution since 2009, and although I move out of state, I still have had wonderful experiences with the personnel here. Courteous, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, patient.

I have been a customer of legacy since before they changed their name from university credit union and I can honestly say they get worst every year. And the tragic app update from 2020 is still awful. It's just too much of a hassle to change all of my bill payees to another account. Hopefully in time they will improve.

Legacy credit union held my moms 1st of the months direct deposit it came on the 31st and she still doesn’t have access to her money. She can’t get her medication after having a knee replacement a week and a half ago. I don’t want to give a 1 star if there was a option for negative stars that’s what I would have chosen.

I have been with Legacy since 2014. After trying to use my credit card and having it declined I learned that Legacy had closed my checking, savings, and credit card accounts. My next cc payment was not until September so there were no missed payments. Legacy has yet to explain to me why they closed my accounts nor did they give any type of notice (I confirmed Friday that they do and did have my current phone number, email, and address, also no messages or notifications on the online banking site.) I am extremely disappointed, to say the very least, in how Legacy has chosen to conduct business. I hope in the future Legacy will learn to communicate with their customers, that is the very least loyal customers deserve.

IF YOU USE QUICKEN OR QUICKBOOKS YOU WILL BE FINDING OUT SOON THAT THEY DOWNGRADED THE CONNECTION METHOD WITH THE SO CALLED UPGRADED SYSTEM WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT. AND TO ADD GASOLINE TO THE FIRE, THAT METHOD DOESN'T WORK CURRENTLY! I'VE BEEN WITH LEGACY 20+ YEARS AND IM MOVING MY BUSINESS AND PERSONAL ACCOUNTS. 5 TOTAL. I SURE AM DISAPPOINTED?
