I left regions for this credit union because regions stopped caring about customer service. I really had high hopes for Legacy and they delivered for a while. But they've gotten about as bad as regions so moved to another credit union.

Phenomenal and time efficient services from the tellers to the managers. Knowledgeable of the products and the necessity of which for the circumstances, this credit union is great.

Horrible in every way. Technology doesn't work. You can't get a a human. Credit cards services is just some guy who doesn't return phone calls. Closing all our accounts. STAY FAR AWAY.

I do not like giving negative reviews but grab your money and run to the nearest Avadian. Once you get established with a bank, it takes a lot to drive you away. They did very effectively. No way to establish a relationship because they move bankers around. But mostly it's their technology or lack there of! I do everything online with auto pay, phone deposits etc. Their deposit program is hit or miss, online payments are unreliable and they had a thoroughly botched upgrade which went from bad to worse! We switched to Avadian and have been thoroughly delighted!

Emmett was absolutely phenomenal. I needed to refinance my car and he and the legacy team made it so easy for me. I barley had to put in any effort to complete everything. He was amazing and went above and beyond. He made me feel so welcome and made me feel like I was his family. He deserves everything and more! I hope he finds his way to the top of the company if that’s what he desires. He is truly asset to legacy. I’m so happy I came in

I COMPLAINED LAST TIME ,ABOUT THE TELLER LAST TIME PUTTING ME ON HOLD , PROFILING ME BEFORE SAY NEXT THIS ONE TOLD ME TO HOLD ON AND THERE WAS NO NO ONE ELSE IN LINE , BEFORE ASKING ME TO SHOW MY FACE WHILE I HAD ON THE SAME MASK SHE HAD ONWHY? IVE NEEN BANKING WITH THEM FOR 14 YEARS

We tried to get into our account using the same user/password entries but couldn’t get through. Then they wanted us to enroll in online banking. It took 45 minutes to get the access code and when I got it, it didn’t work. It’s been 3 days and as of 9:27am on 8-4-2020, we still can’t get through. It gets better. All of a sudden, our PIN isn’t correct after 7 years. This is extremely irritating and shameful. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. Oh yeah, by the way. Can’t get anyone on the phone to set up an appointment. Awful.

Morons ! Going to refinance elsewhere. Bought a truck with them. Changed insurance got a better rate. They requested proof of insurance with no lapse in coverage. Had the Ins. Agent send the appropriate info as requested. They then hit me with over nine grand for insurance because they said I did not comply. Truth be known they had all the proper information but were not smart enough to scroll thru the documentation. My agent literally had to take the woman and lead her to the requested information. No apology. Go elsewhere this credit union doesn't deserve your business. I am closing all my accounts and going to a small mom and pop bank. No legacy it wasn't my insurance company it was you and a moron in your office.
