I hate that legacy took away their savings account for checking only , I've been a customer for 8 years and had to just close my savings account. That shows how much they care for their long account holders. People need to stop banking with these types of credit union banks, I will forever tell anyone I can not to bank with legacy, Ever!!!

Horrible in every way. Technology doesn't work. You can't get a a human. Credit cards services is just some guy who doesn't return phone calls. Closing all our accounts. STAY FAR AWAY.

I went to this branch one time a few years ago because I presumed I could do a shared branch transaction thereBut inexplicably they said I could notSo I stopped by a 3rd party cu in the area and they too would not allow them so I had to drive to trussville where I knew they wouldMakes little sense that they are allowed at some branches and not others(Trussville for example always does them)

I hate that these banks are closed on Saturday they act like people dont need large sums of money on the most busiest day of the week. This always irritates me, So its time to find another bank, its already sad i cant use my atm card in stores...

Very nice and easy to get a payoff of my car. They didn't hassle me like other credit unions have in the past. Glad I got my loan with Legacy Credit Union.
