The eye exam was good. Sales professional were helpful and engaging during the purchase. The issue I have is that the meta glasses I purchased are not working. I purchased the replacement insurance but rayban doesn’t have any headliner frames and was told that my only options was to get frames that I don’t like or wait until a pair become available. The internet says the headliner frames are discontinued. They do not offer refunds after 30 days even if you purchased the insurance. Bottom line. Getting just a pair of glasses they offer a good selection and the staff is helpful. Don’t purchase the ray ban glasses or the warranty. Find another way to spend $1200. Just heard from LensCrafters they said they couldn’t help me anymore and gave me a phone number of their insurance company that may be able to give me a voucher.(that may or may not recover any cost) Not very hopeful based on their response for a favorable outcome. I called the number the store gave me. They sent me a form I’ve already filled out

When I needed my prescription lenses fit into a new frame, I knew LensCrafters Trussville was the place to go — and I was 100% right. They tackled what could have been a tricky fit with ease, carefully heat-shrinking the frame without warping or damaging it. I was in and out quickly, and the service was both professional and genuinely friendly.

Dr. LeCour and his staff were sooo sweet and attentive!
Very knowledgeable and I loved how everything was explained through the whole process of getting the eye exam. Start to finish!!!
Kendra was so sweet and was kind enough to help me out by picking out glasses that were similar to ones I use to have that I loved! Thank yall for an amazing experience! Ive been to 3 or 4 eye drs and none of them were as great as yall including the staff.

My experience was fantastic. Everyone was so nice. There was a young gentleman that helped me the most that day and he did great helping me. Find the frames that worked perfect for my face very nice gentleman. I don’t remember his name. Thank you.

This was our first visit and we absolutely loved the service that we received from each person from the doctor to the staff that helped us pick out our eye glasses. I appreciated the education that I received about my eye health and tips on how to adjust to my first pair of progressive glasses. My husband, son, and I were clueless about what kind of frames and lens we wanted but the young lady that helped us picked the perfect frames for us. We're extremely satisfied and glad that we booked our appointment at this location. I'm so glad that I can see so much better with my new glasses! Thank you!!!
