I received a new Weber grill. I had been told with my old one if I needed any help, to let them know and they would come out. I live in Clay, so for 3 weeks I’ve been waiting for them to come and assemble it. After multiple calls to them, I get a call telling me he would be out if I give him my charge card number for $125.00. Very poor business. Should’ve never told me they’d be glad to help if they were going to rip me off. Can’t trust them. They say one thing and change what they promised. But you’ve got to know the whole story. I guess live and learn. And there you go. We all see how they are now with their response…. Very unprofessional.

I was dealing with a panicked Chef who was going to need medical care if he didn't get some JB Weld... there wasn't any. But the nice man who was helping me found an immediate solution, no one needed the EMT's, and dinner service was a success.And now this is where we shop for hardware store things. Until the end of time.

Great place, friendly faces, didn’t talk down to me because I’m a woman and no one gave me a second glance with my pride shirt. The girls and the gays love hardware stores and this one is something special.

Little hardware has great service they make you feel comfortable more so than home depot or Lowes local in Moutain Brook and the guy in painting depot is 1 of the best around try them 1 time if never been or just keep on going b as back again and again because you will see the difference thanks to their employees is an awesome experience every time you walk in the door
