I had the absolute best time shopping for outfits for my honeymoon here. Ella helped me the entire time I was there, and she was the absolute sweetest person ever. Ella made my experience here a 100/10. I felt like an actual princess by the way she took care of me and pulled the cutest outfits, and felt like her best friend before I left the store. People like Ella are the ones that are hard to find, but make the customer’s experiences top tier and memorable. She was an excellent listener, helper, and my experience would not have been the same without her. I don’t even live in Birmingham but I want to go back to this store the next time I’m passing through just because of how fun and special of a time I had here. I hope Ella gets to read this review and that she knows how much I appreciate her and how she helped me feel so stylish on my honeymoon! Sending lots of love to Ella and the other sweet girls at the store. I think this was seriously the best shopping experience I’ve ever had! Thanks for the fun, Ella!

I had an outstanding experience at Lizard Thicket thanks to Claire.They were incredibly helpful and friendly.They went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed and made my visit truly enjoyable. Exceptional service like this makes all the difference, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this store and the amazing staff!!

Hanna and Emma Kathrine rocked. I’ve always struggled with picking out clothes, but they were super helpful. Left with a whole new wardrobe. Will definitely be coming back!

I really loved my experience at Lizard Thicket. Maria was especially nice with helping me find correct sizes and making sure everything fit well. The styles were really cute and trendy as well. Very nice store. Highly recommend!

Maria was such a helpful blessing! I ran into the store before they closed, it was storming outside and I had to get my daughter (not present) a last minute graduation dress! I left with new shoes and several dresses to try! Ended up being perfect!

I love this store. They are always so nice but aren’t following me around the whole store. They are super helpful! They were exceptionally nice to me today even when I came in 20 minutes before close. I used to work at a boutique and I know how it is, I try not to go into places within 30 minutes of closing but I really needed to find a dress. I know it can be frustrating having people come in that late and I always try to hurry. They were so kind, never rushed me, and when I told them I was going to be fast, they told me not to rush and to take my time. Unfortunately I didn’t find anything, but they were still kind, never saying anything like “just so you know we close in 15 minutes” or anything like that. I love this store, have always come here, and always will!

My mom and I were on a mother-daughter shopping day and we were browsing through Lizard Thicket. The first thing I noticed after walking in was how welcoming the employees were. The girl who met us at the door told us about all the sales going on and how it was Lizard Thickets birthday. She was very sweet and helpful. I found the cutest top and when I asked about what would go with this particular top, she was full of suggestions and even picked out some other items for me to try on with it. Overall, my experience was amazing and I will definitely be shopping here again!
