I went in today to purchase a wallet & was greeted by Macy. She was awesome! Customer service was great & she was so kind. I walked away with exactly what I wanted. I will definitely purchase with her again.

The customer service here always makes me wish I could buy everything I need here. Kindness and courtesy are free, and they give it frequently in this store!UPDATE: (4/2023)The last time I visited with the intention of purchasing a wallet to match my new purse I received for Valentine's day I ended up leaving empty handed. I bought it online. I'm not sure where the customer service was that day, but it wasn't with the associate that "helped" us. She didn't care if I bought anything or not. My intention was to buy a wallet and some perfume. The associates that I've used before were all busy with customers. I hope this isn't an indication of how customer service is going to be in the future.

There is a security guard outside in the parking lot.. like being to aggressive (a female),, just because to grown women are outside talking next to there cars, she approached them like they were doing something wrong, plus another woman was talking on her phone at her car,, you know some people can talk, don't need some aggressive security guard getting her panties in a wad,, or just her trying to be overly bixxchy to other woman.. She's a security guard that needs to take a chill pill... I have plenty of police friends they don't act like that.. She's nasty. 2/26/23.. ive never seen such aggressiveness

My wife and I went to this store the past weekend to purchase a purse for a gift for our 10th wedding anniversary. After the purchase, my wife went back to return an oversize makeup bag on Monday that would not fit in the purse. On Tuesday, she decided that the purse was too small and went to return it, but to her dismay and embarrassment was told that the purse was not returnable because of a supposed blemish on the strap and because the purse was not shaped exactly as it had been on purchase. My wife was understandably distraught. I went today to return the purse. After talking to a salesperson, two managers, and the manager of the Saks store this store is housed in, I was informed that the purse was no longer "new" because my wife had worn it on Monday when she had returned the makeup bag. Now, maybe I am not attuned to the fineries of the LV catalog, but for the life of me I cannot understand how putting a purse over your shoulder makes it no longer saleable. Be warned! there is no real 30-day return policy at this store and they will arbitrarily interpret policies in their favor. The fact that my wife was told something completely different from what I was told convinces me of this. NEVER - GOING - BACK!

Extremely rude and poor service, I would go to any other designer store before this one because they clearly do not care about their customers. Let me begin by saying the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard someone in customer service say was expressed at this store by an associate who asked my friend what the limit was on her credit card which was quite frankly astounding to me. After spending quite a bit of money my friend and I were asked to move aside while we were waiting for our purchase to be bagged up (which took over 20 minutes while the sales associate was gossiping with her co-worker) because “some other people need to pay unless [we] want to pay for them”. This is direct verbiage used by a manager in this store, which is completely unprofessional to begin with as well as extremely disrespectful considering the tone it was said with. Although we had just made a considerable purchase we were treated like trash who didn’t belong there. Making snide comments, using a condensing tone, and gossiping about customers are just some of the features this store offers. Clearly this manager and associate need immediate training on professionalism and decorum because for a store that advertises class and luxury their staff sure doesn’t display it.

We went to the store on December 23rd to return several bags that we purchased online (some bags I kept but 2 others needed to go back bc my husband went overboard). This Louis Vuitton store is inside of a Saks department store and on our way there I told my husband to call and make sure that they accept returns there from items that were bought online from LV and the person on the phone said "absolutely you can return those products to any Louis Vuitton store inside of a Saks regardless if you purchased it online or not." Well we got there and the line was extremely long to go inside and when we finally got to go in the lady said that they do not accept returns that were purchased online. It was the representative that gave us the wrong info, not LV. The lady inside the LV store was extremely nice and apologized many times. I definitely recommend this location.
