Derrick was amazing!!! He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. We had some questions about design and he was great at sharing options. He was incredibly patient when our credit card didn’t go through. What felt like a very frustrating circumstance was diffused with his kind demeanor until our bank cleared everything. We highly recommend him and consider our experience an excellent one because of him.

Rhiannon, the sales representative, was extremely nice, easy to work with and didn’t pressure us or up sale us on any of the Lovesac products. She was completely transparent about pricing, durability of materials, as well as provided personal insight about the Lovesac products. She was very patient while we decided what type of couch we wanted and built a quote for us as we added and removed items. The entire process of buying our first Lovesac couch has been the best furniture buying experience we’ve ever had.

We've had nothing but great experiences in this Lovesac location. We drive all the way from Pensacola to buy our furniture here. Amber and Misha were both wonderful to work with, friendly, courteous and answered all of our questions. We originally bought a floor model couch a couple years ago and had a great experience with that purchase. We went back a few weeks ago and added some new pieces to our couch along with all new covers and the Stealth Tech system. Another great experience with our products and the service.
