Actually had enough people working that I could get assistance in every area I went to. First time in a long time! Lol! Had all the cabinet hardware, hinges and pull handles we needed.

The store refuses to answer phone calls, The customer service desk will route you through holding for eternity if you will allow it. With zero human contact. 18.36 minutes the first time and 7.23 minutes the second time. I even asked the automatic system to put me through to an "mod" and because no one is signed into "mod" it rang and rang and then went back to customer service where the customer service associate repeatedly looped me back to the line that sent me back to customer service again and again.

I was a Lowes customer for over 20 years. I recently bought a toro lawnmower on 12/4/24. It was put together wrong by the someone. i never used it. I took it back to lowe’s in trussville letting them know what the issue was and only wanted to exchange it. My request was denied because it was come 30 days from the purchase even through it had never been used. Sometimes sticking to your stupid policy with no exceptions can cost you customers like myself. I cut up my lowe’s card and will never ever shop there again.

We wanted a fire pit for our patio so when my husband smokes his cigars outside (house rule), he doesn’t freeze. Something easy to assemble with a good price and a cover. Lowe’s didn’t let us down. There’s a good variety of pits, all with covers and some on clearance. We got a great deal and a great pit!

I don’t leave reviews but I’ve been to this location a lot and never end up buying from them because I do not get serviced especially with the paint section. Waited over 30 mins almost every time

To be honest worst store I've ever been in got ignored by employees didn't have the parts for the materials you sell I'm looking for inch and a half gray pipe caps and you didn't have the five none of the stores in the area including this one had the materials I need to do with my job that includes all Lowe's I'd rather go to Home Depot at least I know that I'll get the parts there which I did there is no way you can give a five-star experience with a store that doesn't carry materials for the parts they sell goodbye good luck I ain't never going back to your store

More expensive than online shopping, but if you need it that day this is one of your options. Good selection, join their club and get some minor discounts. Shopping online for things like air filters, lawn accessories/parts is way cheaper ..just gotta wait on shipping. I will be back, nice staff. Get there early if you wanna get out quickly.
