There were only two people working which I was ok with waiting knowing they had other people to service. But after waiting 45 minutes the lady comes to me while servicing a mom and daughter in between. I told her she could finish with them before coming to me. She says no and thanks me for waiting but then proceeds to hurry up and do my nails. Rushing through so that she could get back to the others. I didn't mind waiting but after leaving the next day my nails start to crack and it hasn't even been a week and my nails are peeling off and cracking more. Definitely unsatisfied and not going back. Especially after paying $50 for this (also gave tip in cash not included)

I came in and got right in but the lady stayed on her phone the whole time . She painted on my foot while doing gel on my feet. She forgot to do the callus remover then tried to use a file on my dry feet.Then wanted to argue about it. The lady I guess who owned it came over to do my manicure. She didn’t put my hand in water to soak and cut my finger. She didn’t even take a discount off of the manicure. My finger definitely hurts still. She put some green solution on it and kept licking at it. I won’t be back.

This place is so horrible honestly needs to be shut down.!! They literally cut my mom 3 times and even tried to cover it with nail polish the lady told her to tough up after she did…I do not recommend

We came to this nail salon our second visit the wait is ridiculously and so is the customer service. They have a problem doing man feet my fiance needed his feet done and he was overlooked twice so we left. At no point did they care about us leaving or try to stop us because they didn't want to do his feet. I'm so ashamed I bought him to this salon thinking they would be great and they are horrible.

This was the first place I took my daughter to get her nails and feet done when she was 6 years old. And stop going after three visit. 12th grade prom and decided to give them a try because we hadn't used anyone after covid. I remember why we stop going. I spoke with the young lady what we needed done and the price. Time to pay 25.00 more than what we came up with in the beginning. Young lady was nice. These are my nails. Uneven, bumpy, wonky, etc. I've never in my life been to a nail salon who did such a terrible French tip. When I tried getting her to fix stuff along the way she just kept brushing it off and coming up with excuses. My hand would shake and she'd just j*** my hand and tell me to be still. I was being still but I guess hardly moving justifies it. Absolutely not happy. She knew I wasn't satisfied and she could clearly see how uneven EVERYTHING was and still asked me to pay full price. I didn't cause a scene and paid the full price. My two other friends getting there nails done with me we're not satisfied with there nails or the customer service. I will give them 5/5.... 5/5 chance I will never be going back.Service: Acrylic nails
