Needed IT help for my home office so I called Lyons. Gave them my requirements, made a deal and booked for home visit after 2 days. None of that happened. This guy calls on the 3rd day asking what again were my requirements and that they're sending over their guy ASAP. He did. Charged me 2x for things I didn't really need but he said I needed. Later confirmed by a friend that my home network could have been simpler and cheaper. I think I got robbed.

Excellent experience. Very refreshing to receive honest information with ethical workmanship. Pleased with the advice received an an economic level, which saved me money. I got to keep my computer, with it upgraded, to a power and speed of a computer. Highly Reccommended!!!

Simply the best!!! Great customer service, professional and no hassle solutions for any of your computer needs. Corey was very patient with me over the phone and in the store! They don't overcharge and I would definitely go there again, but I probably won't have to because they did an awesome job on my laptop.

I didn't know what the kids did to the laptop, but it just wouldn't turn on. We had no idea what to do. The guy at Lyons fixed it in 45 seconds, and didn't even want to charge me. You don't get better than that. Whew!
