I went last week to get my nails done and 3 of them fell off exactly a week after. I went to get them fixed and they blamed me for them falling off. He also made it seem as if I was lying about how long it had been as if he didn’t give me and my mother a pedicure last week. He told me, “take better care of your nails, this isn’t our fault, it’s yours. I pay this time but next time you pay.” There won’t be a next time because I don’t like being treated like I’m a liar. Plus two of my nails he “fixed” are crooked.

I waited outside before they opened, I had been waiting for 40 minutes and they were late. As soon as they got there the lady refused to allow my 4 year old daughter to come in and and said she would not do her nails. Which is unacceptable because I use to come there all the time with my own mom as a child and get my nails done. They lost a very loyal customer that day!

For one the guy was rude and two they didn’t put anything in the water or rub my feet in the slightest. I’ve been to several solans and they always put something in the water and rub your feet a little. I waited an hour and a half for a rushed job. I’m 8 months pregnant so i was extremely disappointed he didn’t do any of what pk and other places do around do. I used to go to magic nails all the time they were great but this last experience was a major let down. I will not be returning.
