They did a great job in cleaning my pup's teeth! However, the checkout process is terrible, it took so long to check her out, the lady at the counter not too friendly and take her sweet time looking for my pup chart and did not have any clue if my dog needs to wear a cone! She had to charge my credit card again.

I took my new baby for her first routine check up. This was also my time to pick a new vet who would care for my babies, since their vet will be closing her doors at the end of February. As others, my babies mean the world to me. This place is really nice and seem to be very organized. The staff was really nice, even though the receptionist, wasn’t as Customer Service as I would have wish. It did not take us long to be escorted to our exam room. The doctor came in, and I like how he communicated with me as he examined My Baby. The negative that I have to add is while talking to him, he would answer, but everything seemed so rushed. I was OK though. Again, since am looking for a permanent vet, this is important. One thing that stood out that really hurt was when I read the last sentence on the paperwork that I had signed. It stated, “if your baby became the property of the clinic, they will dispose of it as they see fit. I would think that a place who supposed to love our babies, would not refer to them as “it”. And the fact that they use the word “disposed”, shows no compassion, nor does it say that they would care if my baby lives or die. Because of this statement, even though I absolutely believe in paying for service, I could not trust this clinic to care for my babies.

I love the care my beautiful baby gets at MSAC. The doctors are all great and Maggie is not nervous about going there. Maggie does have a favorite doctor though, she seems to have bonded with Dr. McClure. All of the support staff seem like they really and truly care too, making it a great place to take your pets. Thanks guys, you’re all pretty awesome!

I rarely leave anything negative about customer service, but today was an exception. While the front staff was working with three other clients, I waited patiently for them to finish. Apparently, as a customer, it’s ok to just walk in and get helped first by stepping in front of everyone else. I continued to wait, said nothing, and didn’t even get a “thank you for waiting” from the staff. I work in customer service, and it was just rude. Thank you for helping my animals over the years, but I felt like you should know about my experience.

Excellent vet! My dogs see Dr. Traywick. He is wonderful. I have used him for years with my other dog who passed away & now use him for my current dogs. He is always very knowledgeable with my dogs conditions & always shows extreme care & concern for them. He is top notch. The staff (vet techs & front staff) are always very friendly & helpful as well. I have referred family & friends to Traywick also & they have all been very pleased with him.

I've never left a review, but after this experience I felt I had to. I brought my 5 yr old healthy lab to this hospital on a Monday morning coughing and weak with a drop off and going back to work for a few hours. I had just recently put him back into doggy daycare and felt he had a respiratory disorder from that they called me back at 1 PM saying they felt he needed a bronchoscopy but he had severe pneumonia and they would call me back to tell me when the bronchoscopy was scheduled, at this point they had done no treatments or anabiotic's. They didn't call me back so I called them and the receptionist said the bronco scheduled on a Wednesday and I could come get him whenever .I hung up the phone and felt odd about the whole situation. I called them back and said I did not feel good about bringing him home because I would be at work and would if he went into respiratory distress while I was not watching him she said she would get the doctor to call me back. The doctor called me back an hour and a half later and said his condition has worsened. They are going to start an IV on him. I needed to get him to an emergency facility for a higher level of care, I got there within 20 minutes drove him to the other hospital where he died moaning in the car with my wife and child. There's nothing I could do to get my dog back but neglect is considered to be a degree of murder. I feel the neglect my dog had gotten all day because they did not recheck him resulted in his death. This was my best friend and I trusted him with them. I just felt this needs to be said.
