I recently inquired about a vehicle via their website and Beau called me within a few minutes. He said he was tied up that day, so it would be best if I came in the next day. I advised him that I went ahead and filled out a financing application, which makes you specify the specific vehicle on the lot, and provided my trade details so we would be all set the next day, this was around noon Friday.Well come Saturday morning I get an email from Beau that another salesperson took a deposit on the car Friday night and it was no longer avaliable.If Beau was to busy, but other sales people were not, he should have transferred me to one of them. Second, I put in a finance application on the car earlier that day while it was available l.Rather frustrating, but at least I know which dealership to not use now.

Maserati of Birmingham got me the perfect 23 Grecale with all the features I was looking for. The car was fully loaded with all tech options! They also took such good care of me while getting the deal worked. I flew in from NY and shipped my car to their dealer to trade it in. I then shipped the Grecale back to NY. Everything went extremely smooth.

Beau was great, GO SEE HIM- got me an amazing deal for my Altima 2021 trade-in; however, I decided to go with Mercedes. Nonetheless, the Guilia's are amazing, very fast and fun to drive, just not luxury enough for me.

Just bought a car from these people and was told The price of the car and I actually said that I would pay it. They told me that they would clean it and I made sure on the phone talking to the salesman that all of the state taxes were paid, come to find out they are not so I’m now having to spend more money. When I received the car there was a ball of hair in the Console and there was like a black dust and grass everywhere inside the vehicle. Not happy because now I had to also pay to get it detailed. I wouldn’t suggest this place ever, once the money stops coming there out completely not people I would ever recommend.

My experience pulling up on this lot was terrible from arrival. Customer service was horrible. We started to let it go but as we thought on it for days I felt I should share. Me and my fiance had been looking on line at a Mercedes S550 and we decided to drive to the lot and take a look and test drive. This is not important BUT WE PULLED UP in a S550 as well and he was looking to upgrade possibly. However we feel that IF we were a white couple pulling up we would have been assisted instantly. We stayed on the lot 15 minutes NO ONE greeted us. However as we got in the car to pull off two caucasian salesmen came to tha door and looked at us and turned around NEVER tried to come out and help or apologize for the inconveniences. We visited on this past Saturday

It is hard to 5 star a place 200 miles away when your car is sick. It is even harder when you have never met the people. But wow. If I ran into Mr Williams I would buy him dinner. He deserves a raise.

Terrible customer service! I visited this dealership one year ago and experienced poor customer service but was told they had just opened and things would be fixed. Recently, I went online to schedule service and selected a date one week out. I received confirmation and was told someone would contact me. After several days of no contact I called repeatedly and left messages, but never got in touch with anyone. I drove 4 hours out of state to the dealership on the day that was scheduled to be told I had no appointment and the earliest they could service was two weeks away. They confirmed my messages were received and they had just not gotten around to returning my call even after a few days. This is unacceptable service for any dealership much less a luxury dealer. I went to another shop and received excellent same day service. I will not be back to Maserati of Birmingham and highly recommend others find elsewhere to go also.
