I was in dire need of a good mattress after having relinquished my queen sized memory foam bed to my mother after she moved in with me for health reasons. I was sleeping on a full sized old guest bedroom mattress. After 7 days without a restful nights sleep, I went to mattress firm and Patty was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Showed me all my options and allowed me to choose for myself the best fit for me both in comfort and price. My mattress was delivered and the old ones hauled away 2 days later. The delivery guys, Mike and Chris were awesome, arrived on time, we’re mindful of my cat, and we’re efficient in removing the old and setting up the new. They even showed me how to allow my memory foam mattress to inflate to capacity and how to work the free adjustable base I received. Needless to say, I slept like a baby the night I received my new mattress and am so grateful to Patty, Mike and Chris and Mattress Firm for a good experience in purchasing a much needed new mattress!

My wife and I had the best customer service experience at the Mattress's firm in Trussville Ms Patty greeted us at the door and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all of the different types mattress, and which one would be the best for me and my wife. So if you are looking for great customer service, I highly recommend Mattress firm in Trussville.

If you're in the Birmingham area, do yourself a favor and go visit the Trussville location. Ask for James. He walked us through all the different matresses, and we spent quite a while laying around in the store, checking out all they had to offer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful and patient. Store is very nice with large selection of brands. We just bought our new mattress today, and can't wait for the delivery and set up! Very pleased with the prices and service!

Had the most pleasant experience at this location. Both of the agents were very welcoming and inviting as well as knowledgeable concerning the mattress. They were very patient and had such an amazing attitude l. I would definitely recommend.

Mattress Firm has the best prices on name brand mattresses and frames. Was a pleasure doing business with them at the Trussville location. Delivery was fast and painless. The delivery guys were polite and personable. If you need a new bed, go here!
