MedHelp is a great business where everyone encountered is very polite with great bedside manner. The front desk and nursing staff are great and available, always helping the best way they can. Staff members remain calm in serious situations, recognizing when patients are not their usual selves to get immediate medical attention. The team demonstrates impressive professionalism and experience, able to perform difficult tasks like collecting blood from rolling veins on the first try. Doctors are phenomenal and do not stop until they find the problem. Staff are wonderful, good at their job, and put patients at ease with polite and kind service. It is always a pleasure stopping by, and many patients would recommend them to anyone.

Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Services are convenient and available for one who works long days. Dr. Yu is knowledgeable, informative and caring. Have changed my PCP to him.
