I absolutely love working with the folks in this office. Ty Neil is the agent I mostly speak with or ask to fix my issues. Ty is a delightful person to have assisting you. He is professional and caring. He makes you feel as if you are his priority, and he handles your issues. I recommend him highly as my #1 agent!

I have tried calling and emailing to cancel my renter’s insurance policy and it is still not canceled!! I’m beyond frustrated that no one will return my call or cancel my policy per my request! Do not use them!

I had a very pleasant experience recently working with Ty who was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Ty is a great fit for this office because he is very patient and listens to your inquiries as well as concerns and he is very good with digging deeper and also following up with answers as well as solutions. On the front end, he told me exactly what he was planning to follow up about and when and he kept his word which is truly such a breath of fresh air and shows exemplary customer service. This goes such a long way and I commend this office with adding Ty to their staff.

I got the claims number needed for insurance of broken windshield my security camera did not see from parking on 26th to moving again on 31st in my slow life to go to the doctor that hated seeing me on emergency and my finger was 3 times the regular size. Never the less they did after ridicule and told I was overreacting and sit down and shut up. They waited until the 21st speaking on the phone when the at home method of requested prescription was twice denied then approved to say because I am unhappy and complaining Do Not return. I have 30 days to make it worse I guess since all the promised records were not sent and the referral to my regular gynecologist did not send their results but instead mailed a letter requesting they get medical records from my psychiatrist mandatory visits because of the doctor that refused results at arrest in 2007 refusing to hand paperwork they called to say was ready. But this is not that type of medical insurance but automobile insurance prevented me from getting renter's insurance again at s second agent neither associated with this car in my mother's name they refused to allow into the actual exam room I said was for my handicapped hand at the time difficult to undress and for newly needed protections I am now blacklisted to need. Do those two after nothing negative said when it was necessary at the appointment in 1-28-21 has since decided it was some sort of mental flaw they need to evaluate to determine whether or not I am mentally capable of getting test results from my mailbox. The insurance man said even though I signed up completely online and it checked all my credentials required to submit the information was later rejected, deleted and override of the information attached as my mother's daughter and authorized driver that I could not do anything on my own at age 50 last year needing a parental guardian that children need. Especially when a molester's wife decided I was her husband's problem needing some other supervisor when my mother entrusted them in their house not burglarized or forced entry by me. It is a terrible feeling when the 29 year old is still controlling now me and my mother who was not absent in supervising and punishing me if necessary. Only problem with those people believing the perpetrator is he tried to do it to my mother and their plan to use another to show I was too trusting and susceptible to someone closer to my age seeking a raise up in status is he was great at showing the love and expressing it to both of us. Anyway move on with life no matter the tragedies people premeditate against you. They may get away with it but not happy with themselves just happy about making your life worse than theirs.The secretary agent I assume licensed also has been exposed to covid19 virus but stayed did not have it when she made it seem as though I was in her space suddenly when I was sitting then stood to get the papers once again papers from trees from her desk 6 inches from sitting. Had she made the announcement before when I asked if she wanted me to walk to the desk and also sit I could have been on the other side if the glass and yelled louder my question. Three cars were there but only one seen and leaving two cars parked. So hopefully nobody's car was stolen in the 10 minutes inside the building. I did notice walking inside the nice name HUMES written in the cement at the edge of the turn so it is definitely claimed as his. I have spoken to the male and st least one female without masks before coronavirus and very cordial.They have since been there for my cousin car being damaged several times on the policy but it looks like a crime scene for me to drive him around as an adult with his own child and as a teen to his prom and home and basket ball games. They enjoy making it difficult and worthy of additional proofs and explanations at every turn. The damage report was in my name so it forces actions that can't be believed by words since nobody is honest to people who are not honest or nice. If you ever divorce try to maintain

They failed to withdraw money from a completely functioning account, failed to send me a letter (or notice of any sort) saying that the payment didn't go through, canceled my insurance without notifying me in any manner, and caused me $200 in state fines. When confronted, they failed to give me anything so much as a simple apology as the agent himself stammered "I don't know how I can help" over and over. Avoid this agent at all costs; you're better off literally anywhere else.

This place don't even deserve a star because they draft out my account when I haven't sign the paper for them to do so. Everyone I know I will definitely tell them to not visit this location ever again and the lady that work there she was very rude and wouldn't hush for you to talk the manager of the business was not that helpful at all so no I will never get insurance with state farm again
