Used them for many years. I can’t think of a single complaint. The 2 previous managers + Roe (current) were always helpful & pleasant.

Rude staff. Lack of accessibility to storage units.If you have a climate-controlled unit, you can only access it from 8a-5:30p M-F and on Saturday from 8a-5p, whereas outside storage units can be accessed 24/7. It makes absolutely NO sense to me why there can't be a universal key or keypad to get into your unit in the evening or on Sunday. The manger Roe was very rude. Customer service was much better when Brett was there.

I have had my things here for over 4 years. I git to know Paul and he was one of the kindest people ever. Hated to see him go. Brett has been nice and the peson that is there now I like his manner. I don't like the fact that they change employees so much, but I guess they have too.

Items where placed in this storage unit for about 3-4 months. After emptying the unit, I began to unpack the items at home. I, then, realized my items were covered in mildew or mold throughout the boxes with no outside evidence of water damage. When I called to discuss the issue, Brett answered my called and ensured me it's not possible for my items to mold without signs of water damage to the boxes. Anyone who has been through a biology course knows that if the units hold moisture and are not lit there's a possibility of items molding. Then I was told because I had taken the items home and found mold they could not be held responsible because there was a possibility I put them in the unit molded. The statement made absolutely no sense because if the mold was the cause of me putting the items into the storage molded the same excuse would have been used if I had presented the mold on the property. I had also left a few items in the unit thinking that they'd auction them and if not sold they'd dispose of them. I was called by Brett yet again and told that I'd be charged $150 fee for disposing of the 2 side tables left in the unit because I signed a contract stating the clean up charges. After reading over the contract, I realized that there was no cleanup charges stated in the text. After bringing that fact to his attention he retracted his statement saying instead it was just policy although it's not written. There was also no text that rid them of liability from mold damage.
