Bought an item from a Facebook Marketplace at Metro Mini Storage Huffman but my phone needed to be charged. 5 Stars to Metro Mini for management! Pleasant, friendly, clean business and he was quite kind, letting me plug my phone charger in their wall outlet. Very cool of him!

The employees are so kind & helpful. My unit is inside which is great b/c it's climate controlled, close to the office & I feel safe. The only negative is the fact that it's inside & has set hours. They close @ 5 Monday-Friday. I'll add photos on my next visit.
Update: I've got an outside unit now. It's nice to have access around the clock & security is top notch!

*EDITED TO CHANGE FROM A FOUR STAR EXPERIENCE TO A ONE STAR EXPERIENCE-REASON INCLUDED AT END OF REVIEW....I Rented a cargo box truck from them as well as a storage unit. The truck was priced below any others around but the storage unit is a good amount above any others i found. The truck and unit were both clean but the trucks check engine light was on from the moment i turned the key yet we didnt experience any issues with it. I ran into many issues one right after another which changed my plans and when i was able to.return the truck and they worked with me and figured it out to where i could keep the truck for the whole now extended longer than expected move. Other than one employee who got an attitude and smart mouth with me, it was a pleasant experience. Alan Corbet is a cool guy and needs a raise! EDITED....Upon checking my bank account I see several charges for $500 each totaling over $2500 from Metro Truck Rental even though I had put a cash deposit down of $250 then$500 and have asked several times for an itemized statement or explanation but have not received either as of 2/13/2023. The man in the office said it was because I kept the truck extra days and he'd contact the main office for a receipt but here I am still waiting for the reason I was charged so much. I could've BOUGHT a truck for my move with what they hit me for!! WILL UPDATE IF I EVER HEAR BACK!
