** Changed From Previous **Boy. This place has changed. I went in to buy a phone that I researched and had made a final decision. One salesman, brilliant, provided his input [I requested, and his thoughts were same as mine] swayed me to a different phone.I'm good here.When the manager got involved, This is when things go back quickly. (For the record, I have waited 24 hours to cool off before writing this review.) When the manager asked what plan I was in, I told him the 40$. But he said for me to buy the phone at the promo price, he would need to change me to 60$ plan. After discussing this, we agreed on the 50$ plan... as there is no real value in the 60$ for myself. The price keeps going higher, which should have dropped. When I was told that they could not sell any 5G phones without their case and screensaver, I explained that I would make my own purchase in a style & color that I liked and could benefit me... he said they couldn't sell me this phone.Fine. Cancel this purchase."Well, I will gave to explain to my boss." He says... and the salesman and I started over.But the manager picked on the keyboard.. and the price only dropped by 12$ from the original.Wait.Let's do the math, reducing plan by 10$ drop. Removing the screen protector, should have dropped too. But the manager forced me to take the 60$ plan after agreeing and changing me to the 50$ plan. After removing the screen protector and the plan reduction... I saved about 2$.This guy is a "soldier" for his paycheck and has no interest in his customer's needs or input on their own purchase. He listened to me, agreed and then forced his commission needs into my purchase.I will never visit this store again. In one quick move, this went from my favorite store to the "watch out, they'll rip you off store" . (Yes, that's how I will refer to them now)

They couldn't give me my same number, took forever to get the new number and the phone working right. The 2 young ladies working were extremely rude on top of being incompetent

Went in close to closing time, Symphony provided the highest level of service and never once reminded us that it was time to go... Or to hurry... Nothing. She helped us so patiently thru every single change of mind.In all honesty, we were "those" customers, by accident of course... But she was so lovely and professional.HUGE plus to this location!!!

I went into this location to start my service because a friend DEMANDED that I see her at this location. Thanks to her suggestions and providing all details of every promotion, I got a tablet and I'm saving money with the ACB savings.I'm glad I listened to his advise. I feel like I've made a connection to keep me loyal to Metro.I wish I had a drop of her excitement and happiness!!!If you visit, I guarantee she will exceed all expectations. Also, get my referral code so we can both get 25$.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A03s from this store 2 weeks ago. I had issues on the first day I called the store back and the person that sold me the phone said that is non refundable. First she didn't tell me that the phone didn't come with a charger block and both ends are micro "c" ends and that I would have to spend 30.00 more dollars on a C block. The phone is extremely extremely slow, the apps don't want to slide up or down right to left at times as well as it goes to roaming by itself. The volume is very low and it adjust by itself. I called metro they did factory reset and then sent me talk to Samsung they did factory reset and then they sent me to a store in person and same thing phone still is not working properly and all I want is my money back so I can go to another company but metro store want to get me another device but pay 20.00 more dollars when the phone comes in.I just paid for the phone with a 20.00 activation. I don't feel like I need to pay 20.00 again it's ridiculous.

Had the best experience at this location (Symphony)in particular was the absolute best employee I’ve ever seen at a metro pcs location she was able to get us in and out in a timely matter and very knowledgeable at her position. Go Girl shout out to Symphony

This afternoon an emplyee, Syfofny, went so above and beyond for me. She performed a minor miracle and got my phone working. I couldn't afford a new phone todayShe totally saved me. The store got busy. She candled all of the customers with grace and efficiency. I typically leave a metro store visibly angry. I will handle everything via this wonder woman. My only fear is that she is going to land a new job making at least four times her current salary, because she is worth even more.Today was her fourth day on the job. I was stunned when she told me. She was also working alone. When I called later to get her nameher boss didn't seem to know her offhand. Give your new gal a raise!!! She kicks ___!

The lady setting up my relatives' phone service was very efficient. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I would definitely use this Metro if in the area.
