Printer did not work. Could not get a receipt. Receipts are a reminder of money spent. I was making a payment for someone. Metro is not my carrier.

Shalese !!!! Was the best store manager and sales person woman she was very patient and she listened to my concerns. I went to 2 before her and the 3 rd time was the charm!!!! She had me completely set up when I left !!!!! Don’t go to any other metro pcs except this one ☝️!!!!!

They didn't have the phone I wanted so we went to a different store. At the other store they had the phone I wanted but put me on the wrong plan so it costed me more than it should have.

I was very very Thankful for the help that I received from Metro by T-mobil at the hands or Tiara in the store. I was in desperate need on Sunday January 22nd 2023. Her hardworking and steadfast attitude saved me close to $1000. Thank God for in house help troubleshooting the problem in the store.

Visit 3 locations they all had high prices , very rude , and unprofessional Decided to try this one 14 minutes before closing on Saturday and The Employee Kennedy was AMAZING , Gave me the best deal for a New customer included a 5G phone , Case and protecter screen , insurance and waived activation fee all for a Affordable Price as long as she here you will always have a loyal customer

Madison is amazing. Helped me port my number over, extremely fast, extremely nice and knows her stuff. Will be coming here for as long as she's here. Seems like she really cares about not only her job but also her customers
