The guy there was really helpful and got me a good deal on a phone also they have a really good 1 year free upgrade on there fleas plan they also speck Spanish here which was really helpful for me for my English is really bad.

Bad customer service...they over charged me and they was not gonna say anything...then they changed my pin with out my permission..then put insurance on my plan and I did not ask for it...Joseph was not helpful at all.... seemed to have a nasty attitude...they refunded me and didn't even provide a receipt!!! I will not.be back

So I've been a metro customer a long time and I've been to several stores and I have to say out of all stores this one has the best service ever I've met one of the employees there and they where able to fix my problem and give me and awesome deal on a phone an I of course took that deal and it came in a bundle so not only didiwalk out with a new phone but I also got a case and screen protector for a very good discount and I love the atmosphere here as well I would say if you want a service that's budget friendly I'd definitely go to metro because before a was with metro I was with cricket and metro is by far the best I've seen.[NOTICE:The hours did change](Open mon-sat 10:00am-8:00 pm) (sun:11:00am-5:00pm)

I went in to swap my phone line to a new phone and they charged me $40 and put an upgrade on my phone that increased my bill. Never going back!!

I was standing and waiting for someone to help me and assist me. One employee was helping a customer the two male employees was looking down at a phone talking and laughing with each other. They was told by a young lady that work there and also the employee who was helping a customer, that a customer is here. One of the guys answer back and said I will be with you maa'm in a minute. I kept waiting while him and the other employee on a phone talking and laughing. They both walk up to the service desk but was still looking down at the phone talking and laughing with each other I waited and left.
