It was recommended by our very knowledgeable waiter. I do not eat pork. I tried it. The Broth was AMAZING. SEASONED WELL and the perfect temperature. I like my Kimchi but will come back and try another dish.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling with the UAB football team for the UAB versus Navy game. The room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. It’s kind of interesting that cheaper motels and hotels, more expensive hotels like this one charge outrageous rates for breakfast.
