If I could give this place a 6 star review I would. Leo is an absolutely amazing guy and I highly recommend him if you’re having PC issues. I brought my pc in on Friday April 12th 2024 with multiple problems that I couldn’t figure out. Games crashing, disconnecting from the internet, apps crashing you name it. He gave me a call THE NEXT DAY, saying he had narrowed the issue down to either the cpu or ssd being bad but needed to run some more tests. Again THE NEXT DAY he called back saying he had figured out that my cpu was faulty went out of his way to try and get it warranty’d. He replaced the cpu and it good as new. The whole thing took 3 days. If he sees this I want him to know that Parker Farris is forever grateful for him and I can’t thank him enough for his help. If you hear any bad things about this place or Leo it’s not true he saved my pc and saved me over $2000 from buying a new one. Thank you again Mr Leo!

If you need anything computer related Leo is the man. I bought parts to build a pc didn't have the time to finish, Leo made it all happen full built and running for the very next day.
Very affordable and knowledgeable. I also live 40 mins away very much worth it in all aspects.

Leo is my hero! He is so knowledgeable and a computer wizard. He was able to save everything on my hard drive even after it's unfortunate tumble down the stairs. The most important the is Leo was able to save memories that can never be replaced. Pictures of my wedding, kids being born, and loved ones no longer with us. He also didn't over charge me. I got excellent work for and very fair price. Leo is the only person I trust with my computer.

Needed a new charger for a laptop. I was greeted and helped quickly. Didn't have to search in a big box store hoping to find what i needed.

The technician quickly determined what was wrong, accommodated my concern for losing an important document then showed me a greater problem that only HP could fix. Refused to charge me for his efforts and help. I will return with my next computer problem.

Absolutely worth bringing any and all of your PC issues here. Even something as simple as a second set of eyes on your PC upgrade gone wrong... he found what was wrong with my build within minutes of me stepping in the door. PC is running great now, no more issues. Thank you, sir!

Leo was amazing. I had bought all the parts to my gaming PC but was having difficulty putting it together. He told me to bring it in and had it done in about 3 hours. He installed every part and windows 11 (the full paid version, not the trial) and he also updated all the drivers. He did all of it for 150 with a good chunk of that price going to purchasing and installing windows 11. I would recommend him for any PC issues or needing any help with building one.

Awesome experience!! Rebuilt my grandsons computer. Please consider using Leo for any computer needs. We brought in some parts and he used them. Plus added a few more. Reasonable as well.
