Bad customer service. Polish was painted poorly and clumpy and owner was not willing to fix.. please dont visit this location

I went a got my nails a toes done. The next day I noticed when I was taking a bath my polish on my toe was bubbling when I rubbed it I see that it had weather coming out from under it my polish was lumpy and lifting gel polish. I went back the next day to get it fixed. After that as the days go by I noticed that all the rest of my polish is starting to peel. My nails did stay on long. On my toe I did get an overlay on my right big toe, maybe 3 weeks after that my toe was hurting really really bad. When I got the overlay off I seen that I had grew an infection on my toe. I really don’t recommend them to a dog af far as a pedicure.

I had a bad experience so did my mother, the lady doing nails was so rude, I wanted to treat my mother she didn't get a good experience she will not return here

This is my first time visiting Nail Style and M. Mai and M. Joe was amazing and very pleasant.. I literally walked in on Easter weekend,last-minute on a Friday, and I didn't have to wait.. They took care of me, and the young lady who was being serviced said this salon was her go-to. Guess what they're fixing to become by go to also. My daughter is a master cosmetologist and nail tech, yet she's booked to the hilt every week. My nails are beautiful, and the hand and leg massage were def right on time.. Yes ill be back..

Good service; pedicure was great, but credit card machine didn't work & I was asked to leave something for collateral while I headed to get cash. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything, so I did not. They had to trust that I would do the right thing, which I did, of course. The business should consider having Cash app or some other form of non-cash payment as a back up in case the credit card machine is down. Based on other reviews this has happened before.

If I could I wouldn't have left now one start Not a good place to get your nails done. Got my nails done here yesterday and the lady had a bad attitude. She got mad because I asked her how much does she charge for my nails if I were to get regular polish on my toes and hands. She then polished my toes and told me that she couldn't polish my natural nails on my hand with the same polish that she polished my toes with. I asked why and she's said because she needed to save it for other customers This lady told me she was going to charge me 45 dollars just to get my toes and hands polish with regular polish the same color. She got mad when I asked her how come she can't use the same color. She then suggested that she's need to cut down my nails because she was going to charge me more. She was so rude I told her I'm never coming back. I was so disappointed with her service. My nails look like my granddaughter could have done a better job. Be aware of this place people. It was a waste of time and money.

I actually have been going to this facility for years off and on. There is only a husband and a wife that runs the business, and the husband doesn't say much but always polite. Within the last year the lady there has gotten extremely rude. I went on Friday around 5pm, she was doing a ladys nails and so she asked what I wanted, I said "fill in and toe polish". She said pick your color and sit at 2, so I did. She then said "are you going to wait" I said you said pick a color and sit at 2, she said "yea but sometimes you wait and come back". So I asked "what do I need to do" she said "it's up to you".. so of course i continued to pick my color because I needed my nails done. She then quoted me a higher amount for my nails, i think just so that I would leave but I stayed and said OK. I eventually asked her if she wanted me to just come back Saturday, she said Yes. I did not go back but I refuse to spend my money where it's clearly not wanted. She is rude and very much aggressive and I hope that her business does not flourish because of how she treat customers. The biggest review comes from word of mouth so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to finally speak up on the poor customer service. Not that they will even care. Q Nails on the parkway is way better and they speak to you and have conversations like they've known you forever, plus the service is great. I'll never go back to Nail Style

Don't do your nails right don't give you the design that you need or won't just little stickers that's not how you satisfy the customer so I won't be going here no more

I walked in on a rainy Friday around 5:15 pm... Google hours say they're open until 7:30 which is what led me there. I wanted a full set of basic acrylic nails w clear polish and a basic pedicure. There are only 2 people working and 2 women being serviced were finishing up when I arrived. The woman did my set of nails and when I went to wash my hands told me that the card machine wasn't working and that I needed to pay cash (which I almost never carry) I was willing to go to an ATM, but when she proceeded to tell me which one I was going to is when I got irritated. I'm not going across the street to a gas station where I'll be charged a fee bc your machine is down. I went up the road to my own ATM, got cash and came back (she even tried to make me leave my cell phone to make sure I came back with the money). By the time I made it back, it was almost 7, but again the hours online said they're open till 7:30. So I come back ready to get my nails polished and get my pedicure, but in so many words I was told to come back the next morning for the pedicure bc they were ready to go home. I got my nails polished, paid for the set of nails and left. I gave myself a good ol fashioned home pedicure and took the 'L'. However, I was willing to give them one more chance bc I did like the way my nails turned out. I arrived 2 weeks later on a Friday around 4:45 and there were 2 women being serviced and 1 waiting and was told when I walked in that they didn't have time to do my fill in before they closed. I beg no one to take my money. I went right across the street to Magic Nails and was taken care of with next to no wait. There is a nail shop on every corner, let's stop allowing these people to treat us any old kind of way! I'll never set foot in that shop again!

the FEMALE NAIL TECH IS RUDE AS HELL THERE IS NO WAY I WILL COME BACK. i told her i got my nails done the other day & the gel chipped she said i didn’t come there. i told her the exact nail color number she got a bigger attitude and made up excuses. very rude service you might as well get your nails done but your kids?
