Ok.. So I have been to this place a few times and each time there was a different experience. 1st I have an issue with them.speaking their language when it's talking about me but speaking English when they're taking my money. Second I got a pedicure by a young man that seemed as though he didnt want to do it and was not very knowledgeable about it.. Afterwards, I got acrylic put on my toes and I told the girl I didn't want the acrylic thick and she did just that. I voiced my dislike about the matter and it wasn't corrected... Then the girl that checked us out trust to ask me if I liked them...lol... if my husband wasn't standing there I would have said some choice words! But my advice, find you anogher nail salon!

I went in to get eyebrow wax which usually cost $10, she done went up $17. I was not happy about it. I should have went to the person who actually tinted my eyebrow she ask who did them and I told her the price she said she move in the neighborhood. Exactly my thoughts. Never again.

Well where do I start. I came here to get a pedicure. I’m new in town and it was close to where I was staying. Needless to say I should have drove further for better service. First let’s start with I walked in 45 mins before closing time to get a pedicure. The lady I assume who was the owner acted like she didn’t want to service me. I had to ask twice am I able to get the pedicure because if I wasn’t I could find another spot. She kept looking at the clock then back at me and reluctantly agreed. The girl who didn’t speak English well did my pedicure but was talking trash to the other techs and they were looking at me laughing. Which at this point was irrelevant since I had already been sitting there over 30 minutes to be serviced with my feet in the water. I asked for a specific design that she said she knew what to do but she didn’t. My toenails were uneven and my callous were not properly taken care of.
Overall this was a poor experience. I will never come back here. They acted like my money wasn’t good enough for them inwhich I will not patronize them again. Then to top it all off I gave them cash and they acted like they didn’t want to give me my
Change. The owner i presume had a cash box and she was looking all around in the box as if she couldn’t find any money to give me my change. Granted it was plenty of money in there. She closed the box and the girl that did my pedicure said oh she wants her change. The lady is looking at me crazy and I told the tech you keep it as your tip even though she didn’t really deserve one. She didn’t do nothing I asked her to do because she kept saying she didn’t understand so i said forget’it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Very overpriced for the quality and customer care. Both my daughter and myself got cut and hurt several times. The technician seemed more concerned with her phone and deciding what would be for lunch causing it to take way longer than it should. As long as it took my toes looked like I did them myself (just bad)
