Never had a complaint my nails are always well complimented. I will drive 2 hrs just to come get my nails done without hesitation because they are just that consistently good.

Megan is awesome! She’s super sweet and attentive! She inspects each nail before moving to the next step of filling in with acrylic. She makes sure your nails won’t break as soon as you leave. I have experienced some nail technicians (at a different nail shop) who are not as thorough and will do your fill in and 3 nails break after you leave. Megan does such a great job, she is very detailed. My biggest need when getting my nails done is to have them shaped perfectly and matching each other. I did not explain this to Megan, she just showed me through her work that she is very detailed and shapes nails the BEST! Your nails all match and the length of your nails match when she does them. Megan’s husband is also super sweet. When I came in Megan was with another customer and her husband showed me to my seat and offered me water and gave me the nail colors to choose from. They’re very accommodating, welcoming, and really make you feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a great nail techs who are thorough and detailed and provide excellent customer service!

I was a walk-in today for a basic pedicure and basic manicure. They took me right away, and Lisa was my technician.
The salon was clean, everyone was friendly and kind, and relaxing music helped to calm my frazzled mind.
Best of all was how Lisa did all my nails - with great care and detail. She didn’t speak much English, but she has great skills and a gentle heart.
I’ll be going back!!

I had the most amazing experience at Nails 280! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was chic, clean, and relaxing—exactly what you want when you’re treating yourself.
The nail techs are truly AMAZING. I went for a custom full set with intricate nail art, and the level of detail was insane. I honestly can’t stop staring at my hands—they’re perfect!
I always leave feeling pampered, polished, and stay looking forward to my next visit.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers luxury service with genuine care, look no further. This place is an absolute gem!

Super disappointed with the service. I made a 5:00 appointment for a friend and I to get pedicures. When we got there, we were promptly seated in the spa chairs, but they had clearly overbooked. I had to sit and wait as my friend got her pedicure. Then she had to sit and wait for me as the person did my pedicure.
As mine was being done, a client who was clearly a regular came in for a polish change and was sent to wait on the nail person working on me. At that point, the woman giving me my service completely rushed through it. I’ve never had a pedicure completed so quickly. As a result, some of my toe nails are cut crooked and some are longer than others.
I rarely complain about nails, but it’s the worst experience I’ve had. The people are very friendly, but there are too many nail salons in this area to ever return here.

I’m extremely upset and disappointed by my experience at this salon. I walked in at 4:45 PM, expecting a relaxing session, but instead, I ended up waiting for hours and left feeling completely frustrated.
First, I had to wait an entire hour just to have my nails soaked off, which I was understanding about since it was late in the day. But things only got worse from there. I requested a regular pedicure with an SNS manicure, and after waiting another 20+ minutes at the pedicure station, I was finally attended to. I asked if the color I chose for my toes would be available in SNS dip form, and both the lady doing my toes and the man doing my nails confirmed it would be.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. After spending another 45 minutes waiting for the SNS dip, the man doing my nails left me unattended. I tried to remain patient, but by 7:30 PM (30 minutes past closing), I was getting frustrated. I asked if I’d be done by 8:00 PM because I still needed to cook dinner for my family, and the staff assured me I would be.
At this point, things completely fell apart. The lady started filing my nails, and when she pulled out the gel color used for my toes, I questioned her again about the SNS dip. She insisted it would be fine to just paint over the dip with gel. I told her I don’t like gel topcoats because they flake off easily, but they didn’t seem to care. By this point, I was starving, exhausted, and nearly in tears. I tried to pick a different dip, but it was applied horribly.
Finally, the lady offered to use the gel top coat (which was not what I asked for at all), and I reluctantly agreed just to get out of there. To top it all off, they told me they’d only charge for the pedicure – as if that was some kind of consolation.
I’m sorry, but I don’t think I should have been charged for anything after the awful service and the complete lack of attention to my requests. I spent nearly four hours at this salon, left frustrated and disappointed, and I will not be returning.
