Is this location not one of the quaintest nearly 'sitcom film location' vibed out places you could have in Birmingham? I love just sitting there. And O'Henry's coffee should be an air freshener. I believe they do in fact have scented candles. One of greatest people and street scene watching perches in town too.... With Rojo's, Sheraton Laundry, and a steady walk-on cast of delivery drivers, flippant Highland Park residents, cross town normies, and the occasional but comparatively tame Southside urban protagonist, you're in a short film ?

Other than the sometimes poor attitude that I receive from the red-haired barista working there, this place delivers amazing coffee and delicious pastries! I love the location and atmosphere of the coffee shop, but again, customer service can make or break these types of places and can turn local gems into places we try to avoid all due to mediocre attitudes & service. And if any of the employees giving poor service is a manager, that's highly disappointing. First impressions & continuous impressions are everything in the service industry.

Consistently disappointing coffee shop. Coffee is great, prices aren't. Service is extremely indifferent bordering on rude. Although some old man was blasting a podcast in his pocket while ordering so I could see why you may get burnt out from customers.Wi-Fi was down all day apparently but there was no sign on the door. Had a similar experience a month ago when I walked in and they were "closed" with no sign on the door. Wish my neighborhood coffee spot would step up.

The location is small, not much seating. Staff was functional, but not Friendly. Coffee was just OK.

Absolutely delighted by the service and coffee at this location. However, there is a discrepancy in their hours as listed online versus reality. Otherwise, appreciate their positive energy and social warmth. The vibes of the shop are clean and immaculate.

I just left OHenry’s that is next to Rojos. I had to do some work for a client on my laptop and needed to get away from my home for a bit. Sophie was the only barista working there. She was super sweet and prompt in her service. I ordered a chocolate chip frappe with lots of whipping cream (and she put in a lot for me just like I asked! Thank you)! And a blueberry muffin. Ambience was great. Good internet connection. And I also asked for an ice water and Sophie refilled mine for free twice. She is so sweet! I appreciated her hospitality! Their toilets are currently not working, so management needs to fix it. I felt bad telling Sophie my #1 didn’t flush. She is so amazing and super nice with me and all the other customers I saw her taking care of. OHenry’s, Please give Sophie a raise. My 30% tip wasn’t enough. She is so sweet! ? ?Vegetarian options: All coffee, muffins, scone are vegetarian

Food and Coffee is good, but if you're going to sit down and try to get work done, chat with a friend or make a phone call forget it. It's a small space and you'll have to listen to the baristas chatter on about sex, sex, and also sex. Who's having it, who wants it, who she plans to give it to, and how it compares to previous sex other people had. There's so much gossip from the baristas it might as well be a bar at midnight, but without any alcohol. I get it employees need to talk about stuff but show some awareness of your workplace and respect for the customers who actually keep the lights on in your shop. Never seen this attitude at any other cafe, where they treat work like their personal pow-wow. They're oblivious to the presence of anyone beside themselves.

I stopped by to work on my laptop for 20min in-between meetings. To respect the business, I did my duty of a buying a drink instead of using the wifi without buying anything. They didn't have prices listed anywhere on the menu. When I asked about it (budget is tight this month), they said "Oh the prices change so often they decided to just not put them on there" and then stared at me. I don't think its a crazy ask to have prices listed somewhere? Even just a piece of paper you can print out and update periodically. How do I know I was even charged correctly? Its simple business. Coffee was good and the staff was fast in preparing it. However, this is now the 4th time I’ve tried to order a breakfast sandwich, only to be told they do not have the supplies to prepare it.There are only four items on this sandwich-cheese, egg, bacon, and a croissant. I understand that supplier issues affect everyone, but as a GM for the restaurant and hospitality industry, I am very confused as to how management cannot take the time to buy these very basic and common items at Sam’s if they cannot get them fast enough from US Foods. I would be mortified and embarrassed if I was unable to serve an item on my menu, much less 4 times in a row!The store was dirty as well. Management needs to step-up.

Excellent coffee and the customer service was exceptional. Both on duty baristas were knowledgeable, friendly and focused. Well done.
