Be ready to have drivers try and bully their way into delivering items the easiest way possible. Even had one driver named Reggie refuse to back the truck up and unload in the designated area. You have to hold the driver’s hand to make sure the delivery is done right and put up with constant complaining and begging to take shortcuts.
