We had given up on the Trussville OG a few years ago!. The service was ok, and the hostesses were horrid.Now here we are today and the food and service were excellent!! The hostess was still horrid and not pleasant at all! When we arrived we asked for a table for 2. She said with a frown and a nasty attitude.. "it'll be awhile!!" °WTF is a while!? 15 MINS OR 15 HRS!?!? Anywho, we said we'll sit in the ba age threw the menus at us. We sashayed on to the bar, and we got Lele.. she was amazing! She definitely made up for Sour Susan at the hostess desk!! From the moment we sat down to the time we left, our lunch was amazing!!! Impeccable!!! Sorry, no pics. we decoured the soup, salad, and pasta as ifnit were our last and final meal! OG Trussville. In the words of The Temlrminator.. "we'll be back!"

Had a sweet dinner date with my son and we had just a wonderful experience. Our server Ally was the kindest, sweetest person. Being very patient with my neuro spicy son. He had a blast. The food was fresh, full of flavor and piping hot. Thank you so much for making it a good mom/ son night!

Chicken was dry on the Chicken Parm. Salmon on dinner plate was very small - about the length of a dollar bill, but cost $20, broccoli was overcooked/mushy. Window sills were covered in dust and dead bugs, caulk disintigrating around window casings. While service was great, we had to wait about 40min. before we got our food. Need to raise the bar here, will check back in a bit...

The lasagna wasn't good at all bland and ? the Chicken Alfredo the noodles was over cooked the chicken was dry not seasoned at all

Must have been shorthanded as we waited over 2 hours for our meal. They did everything they could to make it right. But I wouldn't go back very pricey as well ,over $20 for a mediocre portion of lasagna and plate looked empty, could have put a bit of spaghetti on it.

Had a party of 10 , was told upon arrival 30 min wait- no problem.. we waited an hour and 20 min! Our waitress was precious, we tipped and treated her as such. Food was decent.

I attened Olive Garden in Trussville, AL on 03/23/24 to have dinner with a friend. My waitress Pierre was EPIC, she set a wonderful tone & was all around an excellent waitress. However, Gabrielle Ferrell(caucasian female manager) was not so welcoming to my table and/or the other African American table in the bar area of the restaurant. She spoke to only the Caucasian (white) tables, in which it was very obvious. After she was asked by the other ladies (African-American) table to come back she lied & said she only speaks to tables that have food (untrue) because the other ladies (African-American) had food on their table (awaiting to go boxes), and my table & others behind me had just been recently seated without food. Our waitress (Pierre) did bring our soup & salad to us after the incident and Gabrielle came & tried to apologize and I informed her she was interrupting my dinner and I didn't care to hear her lies. Tyrese, the Bar & To-go manager did come over to the table to hear our side of the story, he listened to our concerns & apologized for the matter at hand.It took me a couple of days to write this because I was in a state of shock & disbelief (I still am) that racism is still ok to/for some individuals. Gabrielle F. has not only hurt my feelings but has me rethinking visiting Olive Garden again if this is what I have to look forward too. The way she walked by the only 2 African-American tables only speaking to Caucasian families which didn't have food and came back to look us ladies in our face and proceeded to lie than apologize when caught in the lie is horrible, devastating & cruel. I hope this is not the tone or culture of Olive Garden.I've reached out to Sarah Dunn & left a message on Olive Gardens customer complaint #. I'm hoping to hear back from somone today.
