Great first experience! I went to try out the free class and everyone was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful in making sure you understood what to do and that you weren’t over whelmed. After the class a staff member went over pricing options and everything else you’d need to know! I’ll definitely be back soon.

I LOVE Orangetheory Fitness!! Chris is my favorite trainer but everyone is great! They push you to do your personal best. I feel very comfortable here and not judged. I work at my pace and comfort zone. But because the coaches are so good....you don't WANT to slack! I recommend this gym to everyone!

Orange theory is absolutely amazing!! Coaches learn about what you are able to do and push you to the next level to help you improve. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody!!

Visiting from out of town this week. Came here 3x, 3 diff coaches. This is not a premier studio but it has more things than my home studio. I like the iPad check (touch your name). The coaches are friendly when correcting form. There's plenty of parking. $1 water if you forgot yours. Attendees were southern friendly. I will come back.

I had an AMAZING coach! Rachael was great at pushing me to do even more than I thought I could myself. I loved the music and the fast pace of the class. I burned so many calories and got 33 splat points!! I can't wait for my next class.

Such a friendly and welcoming environment! Everyone was so supportive and encouraging before, during, and even after the class! The constant exercise changes mixed with the cardio speed variations make for an intensive and awesome work out!

The instructors are great. They are all very motivating and positive! I haven’t worked out this hard in a while and it feels good, I don’t think I could have done it on my own. I like that OTF keeps me accountable and makes me want to work out harder each class.

It’s pushes me harder than I would ever push myself. Coach Chris is the best coach you could ask for. He gets to know you and your fitness level, and then works with you to achieve your goals. All coaches at Inverness are great, high energy, and willing to help. The front desk staff is always welcoming and very personable. OTF Inverness has made working out an enjoyable experience for me, which has never been the case before.

I was traveling from out of town, and stayed at a hotel near this studio. Getting set up to take classes was super easy, and all of the staff made me feel very welcome! It was nice to visit a different studio for a few days and see the little differences, but also have a consistent experience that was very close to the same, making it feel comfortable and familiar. Kasey and Dymon were both great coaches, and Vernon at the desk was as hospitable as could be.

Not the best OTF I've been to. Actually, probably the worst experience I've had yet. Coach Experience: The coach was the most annoying coach I've ever had at OTF and not helpful. He kept picking on my sister who had her first time at OTF (and not in the helpful way). I grew up in Birmingham and was visiting from Dallas where I live now. I am an Unlimited member at one of the Dallas studios. Many people started leaving during stretch period, and my sister and I had to hurry out to another engagement (it's the holidays, we've got stuff to do). He pointed us out to the entire class and wouldn't let us leave, even though other members left. My sister and I planned on stretching at home afterwards. Equipment Experience: The coaches headset was broken and we could not hear him, so he just yelled and kept saying he was losing his voice. The sign in pad was also broken, so we did not get to choose was station we wanted to be at. Overall, the equipment seemed a little outdated, or maybe it just needs maintenance. It sucks because whenever I come home for Holidays, I would like to be able to come to this studio since it is close to my house. I will give them another chance, but hopefully not get that coach again...

I have really enjoyed working out here for the past 2 years. They employ great coaches (Chris is one of my favorites) that help you & encourage you throughout the 1 hour workout. The workout is fast paced & cardio based. They play upbeat music (generally rap, dance, rock, etc.) during the workout so you do not need to bring your own music. Also, during the cool down period after the workout the coaches lead you through some stretches (they play softer music like Jack Johnson, Bob Marley...). The facilities as well as the gym are always very clean. They are also very accommodating when or if you ever have injuries or are sick, you just have to be very specific so that know how you help you.

Workout is great, but I felt very pressured into signing a contract. The manager did call me after i cancelled a day after I signed the contract and asked me to stay. She was nice, but the sales tactic felt like I was buying a car instead of trying a free workout.

Went in with an open mind. Classes were small enough to get a great workout with guidance but not so much where you have someone you feel like criticizing you. Monsters are easily seen. Atmosphere was high energy. Got up to burning over 900 caleries in 1 hour. I felt like I got spanked like a newborn but definitely made me want to go back for more. Leave phone and distractions in car commit one hour for yourself and let everything else go. You’ll be glad you did!!!

Ok, I'm just going to brag about one of my favorite places. 6 months ago, I attempted a workout that I was worried was going to kill me. When I had to fill out the form on the first day regarding my exercise level and weight, I was so down on myself that I couldn't even write down my actual starting weight because I was embarrassed (sorry, OTF Inverness, but doesn't everyone lie about their weight when they're writing it down!) Anyway, after my first class, I was exhausted, but I also loved it! So I decided to give it a month, and after that another month. Now six months in, I can't imagine my life without OTF. I have made friends, dropped weight, and built strength & endurance. My husband jokes that the first rule of being member at Orangetheory is that you have to talk about Orangetheory....lol! Honestly that may actually be a true statement! If you have been struggling with a workout routine and you just want to try something new, check out a class! The first class is free and there is no pressure! The coaches and staff are amazing! You may find something new that you love!
