Bought a costume for my niece that she ended up not needing. Returned unopened before Halloween only to find out that they do not give refunds only in store credit. This is completely useless to me because there is nothing else in that store I want. Definitely on me for not reading the fine print but a trash policy nonetheless.

Amazing service and huge selection of costumes year round. As an entertainer I go here often to purchase items needed for work. The staff is always very helpful! Prices are a little high but worth the value. These costumes will last longer than most bought at any other costume shop.

Their balloon selection is staggeringly large. The store is super neat and tidy. But seriously, if you need balloons, this is the place to go.

The ladies that were working on June 10th were very nice. They got my daughter's balloons for her 1st birthday party ready in no time. The store was very clean and I was able to find everything extra that I needed.
