Golden Pond is truly a hidden gem! This shop has just about anything you could need. Mitch, in particular, was an outstanding salesperson—friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He really made my bargaining and shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in Birmingham and looking for a place where you can get just about anything, at a a great price, I highly recommend checking out Golden Pond and asking for Mitch.”

“I consider it a blessing that my friend and I found this place last week. We knew it was so much more than another pawn shop when we walked in the door. This is the go to spot if you love antiques, fine china, crystal, and sterling silver. And their jewelry selection is unbeatable and has plenty to choose from for any budget. But what’s even better than the selection of merchandise is the customer service! Literally after being in the store for about an hour, we felt like we had known Gene, Kenny, and Lennie forever. It may sound weird but this place made us feel like we were at home. If you get a chance, check them out. You will be happy that you did!”
