I just got my car back Pep Boys on Hwy 280. They do an outstanding job there! Derek and Eldger are so knowledgeable and helpful and wonderful in the customer service department as well. We take all our cars there for everything and they have yet to disappoint! The turnaround time is fast in comparable to other places and the prices are very reasonable. I had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change. As I was giving my name, etc. to the manager, he said that he wanted to let me know that they were running behind due to three associates being sick and running short handed. Within one hour they were telling me that my car was ready. Still, with them being so busy and at the same time short handed, they were able to get my car in a very reasonable amount of time. The management is very professional. Another great point to me is that when they service your car it is automatically recorded to your Car Fax report which I like to keep updated. I highly recommend this Pep Boy location.

Arrived at around 11 am for a battery check to see if either my battery or alternator was the reason that my car wouldn't start. Upon arriving, it was clear they were busy, which is understandable, so when I talked to the guy behind the counter I was told that they would get to it in the afternoon and they would call once they knew more. Afternoon rolls around and still no call, so I call around 3:30 asking if they got to it and I was told they would look at it soon and call me back. A few hours later, before closing, I have to call again because I still hadn't received a call, and was told that it would be looked at in the morning, specifically before 10am, as almost everyone had gone home. Flash forward to 10:30am the next morning, I once again had to call and ask if they had an update on the car, to which I was finally told that they had looked and said that the battery needed to be replaced. Ok great, but they ended up not replacing it until after 1pm, which is also when I had to call again to ask if it was done. This whole time, the website for the store said that they were available for service at various times before the car was actually done, and the fact that my car was continually pushed off is unacceptable.Summary: Dropped my car off to see if the battery or alternator needed to be changed, took almost a day for them to even look at it. Would not recommend.

The guys at Pep Boys this afternoon were awesome. I am traveling today, about three hours from home, and noticed one my tires had low air pressure once I arrived at my hotel. Pep Boys was the closest tire repair shop to me so I went over. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and that I was not stranded while being a couple of hundred miles from home. Simply said, thank you.

While it is never good news to hear the click-click-click when trying to start you car, it was fate that led me to Pep Boys 280 to get my car battery diagnosed and replaced. Because the closer Express Oil closed at 6, they recommended PB to me just a little farther down the road. But worth the trip! Even though Christian admitted batteries were not his specialty, he did a fine, gentle job testing my battery and at first letting me know that it should still have some life left without needing replaced just yet. He made me feel much calmer under the stressful circumstances of being potentially stranded. It turns out that the next day, the old battery failed again, but I returned to Pep Boys and they got me set up with a new battery in less than an hour so I could make it to Holy Week church service on time. Derrick did a fine job at the front desk to assist each customer on their turn and I appreciate their fine work.

Derek & Craig were very nice to speak with. My truck was towed to this location yesterday. Due to no fault of the staff, I decided to use my own local mechanic shop that I have been trusting for years. The labor costs are just too high at Pep Boys... The five stars are from my experience with the staff.

Fantastic experience, very professional and kept me informed on findings, costs and delivered when promised. Derrick in the office was very efficient and professional with me. I have used several of the Pep Boys in the area, this one is the farthest from my home but well worth the drive.

The customer service here really is above and beyond!!! Derek spent an hour helping me with my situation and I was able to get new brakes the same day. He was so patient and diligent at finding a solution for the problem. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Thank you to Derek and the Pep Boys team!!!

I recently had a front end alignment done here. When I came in for my appointment they told me they were 2 hours behind and asked me if they could reschedule me to 2 and a half hours later, which I agreed too. That was the only annoyance I had, but we went to shopping so it wasn't a big deal. Throughout the experience we had excellent customer service and they explained the process very well. I could tell they were swamped as it was Thanksgiving weekend. I plan on coming back again!

I needed tires and they were running a great black Friday deal. I bought 2 Cooper tires and got 2 free. I went om their website and was able to set up the appointment. It was very user friendly. I received 2 confirmation emails. My appointment was at 10am and the tire installation was done by 1115am. The waiting room and bathroom were both clean. I only interacted with Anne who was at the front of the store. She was very professional and courteous. All employees and patrons were wearing masks. I will definitely be back in the future for oil changes etc.
