I was nervous about leaving my dog with anyone but everyone there was very sweet and they kept me updated on how he was doing. He was very clean and happy when I picked him up.

Dropped my dog off at 1245 and wasn't ready until 5. Paid for bows or bandana and neither were on her at pick up. Didn't appear to have had her nails done either. Usually love the results at petsmart grooming, but this location fell short
