The employees give you a death stare when you come in that follows you around the entire time you’re shopping. What happened to saying “hello” when a customer comes in or when you generally make eye contact with another person?

Place needs to be torn down, disgusting, dust on the bottles and sold me bad wine.. didn’t offer a refund when I called. Cost me $20 and ruined what would have been a great night. Should have bought the $50 - 750ml Buffalo Trace (usually $30) but will not be back.

I've never had a more great???experience anywhere ??????️?️?️?️?️?????(I was told by all my friends at the Yacht ⛵ Club ?⛵?️✈️? great people here and the customer service is amazing they are always going the extra mile for every guest that visits the store ??? Sold me vinegar tasting beer a couple days ago I brought it back they said no refunds or exchange place is a joke better off going to Walmart or target for beer and things of that nature don't go here very unprofessional and rude

This was about a year ago and to this day i regret not speaking up. While the man, or shall I say pervert, was checking my ID at checkout - he had the audacity to make a comment about how he bet I had a sexy body to go along with the face on my ID. I wish I had not been so taken aback to call him out then and there, but I was frozen in shock that someone could say something so inappropriate. I am very obviously a lot younger than he is also. It's so frustrating how many times I have had older men say such disgusting things to me while trying to simply exist and run errands. Men - do better.

I have been there several times and every time the staff is always friendly and helpful.. The only place I go when ABC select beverages is closed. If there were not any state stores this would be my place to go.

Friendly staff. Prices are ridiculious. Situation is because the Pink Package is located within close proximity of the motels. They are ofcourse taking advantage of the situation. Hotel guests needs to Google the ABC stores and take the additional ten minute drive. " I'M JUST SAYING" Birmingham is a great place to visit.
